Did not appreciate sitting in the drive-through for eight minutes during my 20 minute lunch to get to the drive-through window get my soda and it was half full asked for them to fill it up overfilled it slaps the top on soda running all over the place and hand it to me right in front of the manager Of that facility I frequent this place often each time I go there it gets worse at one time I got my sandwich just throwing in the bag with a half a container of coleslaw and no silverware or napkins I can understand this kind of service if they were real busy but I was the only one in the drive-through as I leave the drive-through I look into the dining area and see no one in the dining area again sat at the drive-through for six minutes that time the service from KFC in Macedon is definitely and totally unacceptable I will be getting a hold of corporate and complaining to them also about this facility here in Macedon New York you guys are terrible and the manager should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this kind of service to go on

I made the mistake of thinking that a place that made, and sells fried chicken, would have fried chicken to actually sell.I can't say how good or bad the chicken was. Only took 22 minutes for the order to be brought out to me after they said park. No warning they were running behind and they were not even busy.
If I could give this KFC a zero rating I would. I have never had worse service in my life. I pulled up to the not super busy store. I was the only person in the drive thru. The manager took my order and said it would be an 8 minute wait and she would bring it out to me. 20 minutes later I brought my kids in the store for them to tell me it would be another 10 minutes. I immediately asked for a refund which took the manager another 6 minutes to get around too. The store was a mess and the staff was extremely disorganized and ineffective as a team. I recommend avoiding this store at all cost unless you want to pay for food you will never get to eat.

The food came hot but the chicken came looking like someone was eating the breading off it took a hour for our food only 1 person was prepping the food and one person running the whole place if it wasn't fir my kids really wanting KFC and already payed $80something and can't even get the lady attention to ask for my money back to leave it's ridiculous I would not recommend this place or ever go back
