“I wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback for Caden at KFC. He took our order through the drive-thru/intercom today, and the level of patience, professionalism, and kindness he showed was honestly impressive.
We had quite a few questions about the menu, and not once did he sound annoyed, rushed, or impatient. Instead, he listened carefully to every single question and answered everything with such a pleasant and welcoming tone. That’s something you rarely experience anymore.
At many other places around town, the moment you ask more than one or two questions, you can immediately hear the frustration in people’s voices. But Caden was completely different. He made us feel comfortable, valued, and appreciated as customers.
Great customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Caden truly stood out today, and because of the way he treated us, I felt it was important to leave this review. KFC is lucky to have someone like him representing their business.“

“Especially considering this was a on a very busy Friday night, I felt impressed by how quickly we received service. The sandwiches were delicious with perfect seasoning and fresh, fluffy buns and toppings. The salad was on par with sit-down restaurants with a wide array of toppings and fresh, crisp ingredients. I also recommend the lemonade, which perfectly blended tart and sweet. I will definitely be back!“
