“Blown away! While placing my order at the kiosk I observed an irate customer clearly overreacting over a perceived problem with her order. The employee who was handling her complaint (Hailey*) couldn’t have handled it any better! Despite being over talked and interrupted, Hailey kept a calm and pleasant demeanor. She listened attentively, addressed every need down to the smallest detail, and invited the customer back again. McD’s should be proud to have such a terrific team member!“

“Ordered a cheeseburger plate from there. The burgers were a very good size, the hot sauce was amazing, the potatoes were perfect! I have not had a plate that good in at least 25 years. I highly highly highly recommend this place. It is awesome.“

“Alright, let’s set the record straight on this restaurant. Anyone questioning the owner’s integrity just doesn’t know the half of it. This place is all about positive vibes, fantastic service, and reasonable pricing. Now, they do have a note on the menu that pricing is subject to change, and sure, sometimes the menu isn't always updated right on the dot. But let’s be real: the value you get more than makes up for a minor price tweak here and there. I’ve had them cater events for me multiple times and it's been flawless. No shams, just an honest, fantastic spot.“

“I absolutely love Bill Gray’s and I moved away six years ago. I was so looking forward to my cheeseburger, onions and hot meat sauce. We got six meals to go. All that ordered meat sauce did not have any when we got home. I was crushed. Good thing I have a much love for Bill Gray’s to forgive this huge oversight that really disappointed me.“

“Went there for the first time tonight, everything was excellent! I ordered the Filet and it was melt in your mouth delicious, I also had the crispy potatoes and they were yummy. My husband had the chicken prosciutto and he said that was very good but my steak was better. Service was great as well. Would highly recommend!.“

“Ordered delivery the other day and had the manicotti. It wasn’t what I ordered, but mistakes happen, especially with delivery service so no big deal. The food was phenomenal and I will DEFINITELY be dining there again.“

“Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.“

“It's a typical, small town diner with a typical diner menu with very good prices. You can get two very large breakfasts with coffee for about $15! Portion sizes are substantial, service was pretty good and the food came out quickly and piping hot.“

“1st of all this the nicest and cleanest BK I've ever seen! Even the bathrooms! I felt bad that there wasn't a tip jar. The employees were nice and their uniforms were on point! Kudos 👏 to the Manager and staff! I'll be back cuz this strawberry lemonade is AWESOME!“

“I am sitting here after just receiving my order. I have the privilege of watching the team behind the counter operate. They are all working together and getting the job done. So impressed. We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. Now I look for places that get it done right the first time and here is where it’s at! This guy is running the show, if you read this and see him, let him know he is setting a good example for leadership and quality!“
