“i come here for the tenders and tullys ipa. Everytime I go, its packed, always 20min waot or longer, and bar is usually busy too. I sat at the bar to avoid waiting for a booth. it took like 10 minutes to order a drink, longer to order food and another drink. they forgot my dessert and asked if I was waiting on anything else. then came out with my dessert in less than a minute- cold cookies. Food was good but service at the bar needs improvement.“

The signage looks like it is a few decades out of date, and you wonder if there’s anything in the building. The building is also kind of falling apart. You’d never know that a veritable goldmine of culinary delight is hiding behind the crumbling brick. Go around the back and enter in the glass door that is unlabeled. The staff was very eager to explain the various garbage plates. It’s not fancy, but it’s great. I loved everything about my dining experience at Nick Tahou Hots. Food was wonderful and served within five minutes of ordering. I’d give it six stars if it were allowed.“

I ordered a small salad for $3.99, and expected a small salad, lettuce, tomato maybe a slice of cucumber. What I got was a good sized salad (I thought maybe I got the large by mistake!), with fresh lettuce, sliced green pepper, many slices of cucumber, tomato and shredded cheese! The double cheeseburger was amazing with 2 different types of cheese, the fries are thicker cut than McDonald's fries & you get a bigger "large" order than McDonald's. Every time I go to McDonald's & order a "large" fry, it's always half full. What gives? Potatoes aren't expensive. The cola soft drink I had wasn't as sweet as McDonald's either.
