I'm not sure if there's new staff but the last 5 times we've gotten food the orders have been wrong. Wrong sides, wrong toppings on burgers and plates, missing sides and tartar sauce with fish fry. So disappointing as we've been longtime customers.
I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve had garbage plates from Dogtown & Nick’s (the OG). I got a half-plate, which was still a huge portion weighing probably four pounds, with mac’n’homefries and cheeseburger topped with the cinnamon (mild but tasty) meat sauce and “a little bit” of onions, mustard, and ketchup. stopped for lunch today. I chose chicken nuggets and tater tots. She chose a Charlie burger and onion rings. Neither the nuggets or tots had any flavor. A white substance in a fried skin with NO flavor. Same with tots; crunchy exterior but no hint of potato. Burger had no beef flavor and onion rings were dripping with grease. First time 100% let down. Will never return.
