I haven't been in this McDonald's in about 15 year's my friend Melvin used to be the manager here and on this visit there were teenager's being pig's in the place destroying the beverage station and I noticed by the order kiosk there was whipcream all over the place somebody could have fallen and got hurt I was very disappointed with what I saw this was Penfield not the Ghetto besides the fact that the teenagers needed to be taught manners just thought
Over 10 cars backed up in the drive-thru. I had ordered on the mobile app and expected to pick up in the drive-thru until I saw how backed up it was. I went inside and was waiting to go to the register and I look over in the manager is playing on her phone. Well maybe that's why one of the reasons that they are backed up more than 10 cars in the drive through....

Staff is continually patient and kind. I've heard some drivers in front of me and next to me be quite rude and they just keep it together and I just think that shows the quality of staff you have.
