“All of the staff here was so friendly and sweet. The food came out much faster than I’ve ever experienced. I usually go to the McDonald’s in Oswego and they really lowered my expectations for McDonald’s customer service but this place heightened them.“

“While the quality is typically good, there are times when the order gets messed up and either items are missing or have the wrong ingredients. Other times, the machines used for milkshakes, frozen beverages, etc. Will be taken down for maintenance in the middle of lunch and dinner hour, causing extended delays or replacements for those products.“
