“This is the McDonald's I stop to for my kids’ meals. Their speed, accuracy, and competency is far superior to the restaurant on the same road, just three miles south. The employees and management could learn something from the crew in Cicero. Take my advice…if you’re going to go to McDonald’s, go here.“
“The evening staff here needs a raise! Last night around 8ish i stopped here, i only saw 2 maybe 3 employees total. The lobby was full of customers, the drive thru line spilling out into the road AND a delivery truck pulled in with a shipment all at the same time. These kids ran that restaurant like a damn navy ship. Considering the circumstances, the wait time wasn’t bad at all. They did great, and anyone who says otherwise needs to put a uniform on and get behind the counter if they think they can do any better“
