Like, what? And no, if didn't yell or raise my voice, I was very confused and shut down. Got to the window, they confirmed my name and gave me my receipt, confirmed that I got my 15% off even though the app didn't recognize it. The second window, pushed my food out so hard and fast I nearly dropped the 2 bags. My fries were seriously cold and during a dinner service, that should never ever happen. Fried souls be being dropped constantly to prevent this.
