So tonight I went to the McDonalds drive-thru at the ridge road location in Webster.
I was there at 9:27pm. After 15 minutes of waiting, both lanes of customers were getting ready to leave because no one was answering on the speakers.
It wasn't until everyone was getting ready to leave that we noticed this hand written note written in red crayon that said; "Sorry we closed early for maintenance". Mind you this hand written note wasn't written in black so everyone could...read full review

Rude staff but food is good, 10/10
Wow just WOW! I went to this Mcdonalds and its extremely busy. This lady in the back was rushing and getting people's orders in like 15 seconds. When I got my food, it was almost perfect! All she missed was the sauce. By far the best McDonalds I've been to in a while.

Staff are generally described as friendly and helpful, particularly when it comes to accommodating children's orders. The food is consistent, with customers often ordering drinks, fries, and frappes. However, there have been some issues with orders being made incorrectly and delays in service due to broken equipment. When this oversight is corrected, all will be well. The woman working there was top notch; she replaced the food for us and apologized. Bella at McDonalds was so great! She had great customer service and was so helpful with all of our needs! The cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant are generally positive, although some customers may be negatively impacted by the presence of "no smoking" signs outside. Overall, McDonald's is a convenient and reliable option for a quick meal or snack, but there is room for improvement in terms of order accuracy and equipment maintenance.
