For the massive inflation on food items in combination with lack of good service, definitely not worth going to this McDonald's. If you're going to charge the price you do for a large milkshake, at least give me something somewhat frozen and not as liquidy as soda. Also, the attitude of the employees make it so much worse, like thank you for my cold chicken nuggets, fries, liquid milkshake, and the nasty attitude on the side.

Very busy went inside bc the drive thru was around the building. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Only went bc we had a vet appt and McDonald's is the treat for good babies.

Could not buy a happy meal toy separately from the happy meal for those of you who like to try and collect the toys this is not the McDonald’s you want to go
My order has been wrong the last three times that I've gone to this particular McDonald's location on Holt Rd., Webster. I'm not sure why. This last time the girl at the counter seemed to be annoyed when I asked for the order to be corrected, and later on she was rude to my 10-year-old son when he asked for something else. Three times is definitely not a charm, and I won't be returning there anytime soon, if ever.

Holt & ridge rd in webster needs to do better. From the drive thru, we got asked to park in one of the spots so they could bring us the rest our 2 frappes. My kids burger was made wrong ( asked for plain but it had all the condiments on it) so I had to go in. They remade the burger which is great but the original reason we were waiting was for the frappes. It was over 10 minutes inside waiting before a crew member started to make them. Only to realize that both machines were broke and I had to get a refund. Spent over 30 minutes waiting after paying at the window which is ridiculous imo.
