“BEST PUP CUP AROUND!!Cold stone ice cream is ultimate already, but when it came to asking for a pup cup for our dog, we were blown away! I usually just think they’ll give me a small cup of ice cream or soft serve, but when the lady came back from the back, she had a pup cup sundae for our dog! Vanilla ice cream with peanut butter and a biscuit to top it off! Made our pup so excited to be included!Great service, thank you guys!!“

“While I no longer do my core grocery shopping at Wegs (any Wegs) I still find myself at Eastway every other week to pick up odds and ends after the gym or when running errands around Baytowne. I grew up shopping at Chili, spent college shopping at the Pittsford and East Rochester locations, and now live equidistant from East Ave, Ridge Rd, and this location. Eastway reminds me the most of Chili and is a great location with great staff. The coffee shop here is smaller than any other location, which makes sense since I don't think they deal with a big morning commute crowd. The market area is spacious and they have a nice check out process if you park on the side of the building and check out there. Overall another great Wegmans - clean and ready for you anytime of the day.“

“This is my favorite restaurant. Hands down. The best place to eat healthy in the entire city. I usually feel very energized after eating here. My favorite dish is the spicy Thai chicken. Who knew cabbage taste so good. Their broths are amazing. They have so much flavor. They're smoothies are also amazing. The Place is very clean.“

“Let me start off by saying we rarely go to Panera. We honestly love the food but the prices are WAY too much in general, let alone for what you get overall, so it’s become a once or twice a year thing for us when we want something tasty but just don’t want to make it ourselves.Yesterday was one of those days. We ordered food via the app for drive-thru pickup. When we got there, we waited in line behind 3 other cars for probably about 15 minutes before anyone started moving. We’d already paid or else I probably would’ve ducked out like the car behind us did. Finally we got to the window and there was a bit more waiting before they brought the bag to the window.All seemed good until we got home… and I realized the Turkey & Avocado BLT I ordered didn’t have ANY avocado on it. I called up the store & they offered to remake the sandwich. So I drove back out to get a new one. When I got there I was behind one car and sat waiting yet again… and once they finally moved & I pulled up to the window, no one came over for probably like 4-5 minutes. For a hot second I thought maybe they forgot I was sitting there waiting… again.Finally the girl I spoke to on the phone came over and told me they were now out of the bread I originally ordered. Not a huge deal but just generally frustrating after all the waiting & missing one of the main ingredients on the first sandwich, and then having to drive all the way back out to get a new one. I gave an alternate bread & she said it’ll be made “perfectly” this time. And then offered me a cookie, and threw in two extra bags of chips & a pickle. Can confirm it was made perfectly the second time, so thank you for that! And the cookie was delicious (confirmed by all four of us who had some ?).Honestly because the girl I spoke to was so kind & empathetic, that’s what saved the experience. I didn’t catch her name, but she was so nice & I want her to know I appreciated her dedication to fixing the situation!“

“By far one of the better restaurants in the area.... Amazing service and amazing food. The chef deserves an award for the grilled octopus and that beet salad is like NO OTHER. Seriously. My husband and infant charged the lamb chops. I got the scallops. I also don't normally like Riesling, but their Riesling Clean Slate from Germany was amazing with the food. Paired well. We will be back. Thank you Kenny, for the impeccable service.“

“Easily my favorite Vegan restaurant/Cafe in the Rochester area. The staff is super friendly and if they mess anything up they will fix it. The atmosphere is great a nice and cozy place to sit in and eat. The baked good are to die for as well as their specialty sandwiches. I recommend this to anyone in the area vegan or not. Food is easily the best I've eaten.“
