“I just adore this place and frequent it when I visit Rochester. You can park free just to the side of the shop or park on the street in front or across.
If you’ve a larger order just give them a call and they’ll prep it for your arrival. The folks that work there are super kind and helpful.
The vibe in the shop is just wonderful. Between the whirring of blenders and conversation you can spot a lot of uplifting thoughts to bring joy.
The smoothies and juices are honestly out of the world! There’s something for everyone and if you’ve don’t know where to start, just ask. By far these have been my favorite smoothies in my global journeys! Good ingredients, no added sugars, and masterfully done.“
“This is a city institution. It is clean, well run and expansive. It is held year round with indoor and outdoor vendor sites. In addition to lots and lots of produce, some vendors sell prepared vegan options. Also surrounding the market are brick-and-mortar restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops as well as food trucks. Parking is across the street, free and safe.“
“This is cool. I went in to see muscle mass, body fat, and water. They do a scan and give u the info. I then give it to my trainer, and he bases some of my workout on it. They also have fresh healthy meals. This is worth a stop by if you are into health“

“Ran in to grab a shake as I was in a hurry and was in and out in less then 5 minutes with a line.Fast service, very polite staff and well priced shakes. Peanut butter banana is what I went with in the picture below. Definitely will be back.“

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a dog friendly ice cream place today and saw online that you guys have these adorable little pup cups! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our horgi (husky/corgi) Tucker. It was his very first time going out for ice cream! We thank you guys for a fun and memorable experience! 😊🐾 (our human ice cream was exceptional as well 😉)“
