My drink is always made correctly and all the workers talk to me and it's always a pleasant interaction. I cannot recommend enough. They are the exclamation point at the end of a good workout.“

“I randomly found this on the Internet while I was looking for a place to eat while I'm here for only one day. They were preparing for a festival this weekend so they only had the pot roast lunch special available today. That was not a problem because Iwas undecided anyway. The corn casserole should be a dessert item! Best Mac and cheese and with the green beans, mashed yams, rice, pot roast and fixings.... It's the stuff that will put you in a delightful food coma! The portion size is amazing, easily 3 meals for me. I hope to be able to come back bc I really want to try the waffles and chicken.“

“Favorite Shakes! So delicious! I’m obsessed! One of the only protein shakes that tastes amazing and that doesn’t upset my stomach. There isn’t a flavor I don’t like and won’t get bored of because they come up with new flavors to try too to really mix it up. I am a Gastric Bypass patient so I have strict dietary guidelines to follow and I can have pretty much everything there. it’s a guiltless treat I can enjoy. I get the sweet taste of a dessert but with much better nutrition. So worth it! Love the staff and environment! So helpful to make sure I’m within my dietary needs. Only thing is I wish there was a location closer to me so I could get one daily. But I’m thankful I can also get some mixes to bring and make at home.Dietary restrictions: If there is an allergy, or if you need to follow specific nutrition guidelines they can help offer the best option that fit or add extra nutrients like fiber to it. I don’t know all the specifics but I know The shakes are made with plant based ingredients filled with vitamins and minerals, low in sugar, Low-glycemic, but also no artificial flavors or sweeteners, gluten free, vegetarian, kosher Non-GM. There are nut free options. Just very good all around for nutrition and health.“

The food is always good, the people are always pleasant, and it’s a great atmosphere. I will stop here Saturday mornings before volunteering (shameless plug: Wild Wings Animal Sanctuary and Rehab) and it’s not just routine, I love this place.“
“Vegetarian options: Was at Corbett's Glenn hiking on July 4th and wanted something delicious yet healthy! Have been wanting to try B+Healthy for awhile now and decided this was the day to go. Incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere! The staff was amazing at helping us to decide what would be a good option for my husband and myself. We got 2 different smoothies (to taste each other's) and a veggie wrap. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was incredibly delicious!! We barely even shared our smoothies cause we loved the ones we each picked! Fresh, healthy, and delicious with an outstanding hospitality...what more could you even ask for!! They were great too. My son had a burger, sweet potato fries, and a shake. He destroyed his food too! The sweet potato fries were probably the best I've ever tasted.“
“Today I visited SoBol with a couple friends for the first time! We came at around noon, but luckily we were able to grab seating since it appeared as though many people got their bowls to go. Their service was very quick and the atmosphere was very chill. Their menu shows a couple of different options for bowl flavors to choose from, but me and my friends ordered the classic açaí. I added the cookie butter to my bowl and I highly recommend doing so, it was so delicious!! After we chatted and ate our bowls, we went over to the chalkboard to doodle, which was really fun! Overall, if you want to try an açaí bowl (which you should) or you have a craving and want to visit somewhere local, I recommend you give this place a try!“

“I had the Choose 2 Med for $7, in which I chose banana and mango for the fruit, and then I added a protein for $1.25 (I just asked that it not be whey), and then got a B12 for $2. The smoothie was wonderful. It was smooth (thank goodness!) and tasted great. I could taste and feel the protein, but I like that, so it was excellent. I'm guessing if it was whey, that wouldn't happen, but anything from a cow is a no-go for me, so... Anyway, this is a great place!“
