House of Whacks Reviews
Just tried the crack cake!!!!! OMG so good and great service!
This spot is a downtown gem! Because I’m vegetarian, I had a waffle with the homemade cinnamon butter and a side of Mac and cheese. Both were super good. It’s not very crowded, has great light, a bright atmosphere, friendly staff, and a giant game of connect 4. I highly recommend this as a go to spot for lunch (or for an ice cream stop with a real waffle cone!). I brought a colleague who got the chicken and said it was great too. Delightful!
We stopped by for brunch after months of only getting their chicken and waffles to go (which are amazing, by the way) and were not disappointed! Everything we’ve tried has been amazing. Most places hype of their food with wildly imaginative descriptions, but not House of Whacks! Their descriptions are on point. They have some of the best food in Rochester. That corn casserole and candied yams are AMAZING!
