everyone who works at this location is so kind!! i’ve never had a bad experience here, by far my favorite dunkin’ donuts location out of several of the locations in rochester! all of the workers are so sweet!
Whoever is taking orders at the drive thou needs to chill . On Saturday morning I am not going to get pushed like that. Had a car with 6 people to order and you very rude . Lucky for you I had kids in car

This location was recently redone and was not completely finished- the menu screen was not mounted yet, so there was no way to view their food and beverage options in-store. They were very busy with managing the busy drive thru, so I get that too. The area within the gas station store is a bit cramped too. There are merchandise displays around where the line forms and there is not a lot of room for customers to wait for their items to be ready.
