I really like Dunkin Donuts. Today was an off day. My coffee was served in a dirty cup and lid. I’ve never experienced this before. Supervisors please check your product to ensure customers are receiving clean cups and lids.
Service can be slow- drive thru averages at least 10 min wait with even just a couple cars ahead. Could be staffing shortage. Orders are typically correct- but I only get 1-2 items. Drive thru speaker often has audio issues that have been going on for a long time.

Dunkin' is a destination for coffee and treats. Their hot decaffeinated macchiato is made quickly and correctly, and their hot chocolate is rich and creamy, perfect for warming up. The donuts are a highlight, with a wide variety of flavors and freshness in every bite. The staff are friendly and attentive, greeting customers with a smile and helping with selections. However, some customers have experienced issues with mobile orders, with items often being out of stock, and some staff members can be inattentive. Ordering ahead is a gamble at this location. If they're busy, the line quickly spills onto East Ave and you can't get into the lot even just to walk in. This location has been missing the mark lately. Usually pretty consistent in the mornings, but they forgot to put egg on a breakfast sandwich one day. The signature drink was filled to about an inch from the top. For a quick bite and coffee/tea this is perfect. Occasionally the crew behind the counter is disorganized. Not recommended during rush hour if you're in a hurry. The parking lot is small and can be jam packed. Drive thru can be very slow and ooze out onto East Avenue, blocking the traffic. The coffee was perfectly brewed, rich, and flavorful, while the donut was fresh, soft, and delicious. The employee at the front counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the store was clean, inviting, and well-organized. It's clear that this Dunkin’ Donuts location places a high value on customer satisfaction.
