quick service. good breakfast.
Problem w drive thru line Car in front of me was at window for approx 5 minutes. Manager handled me an unhappy customer very politely & professionally. I was impressed. Good client management.
This Dunkin is hit or miss. Sometimes my order is right, sometimes it’s either wrong or something tastes off. Same thing goes for service. There are times when everyone is attentive and communicating with customers. Then there’s times where you could be one of two people in the store and they will look at you, ignore you and not even acknowledge that you are either waiting to order or for a pick up.
