All Dunkin' locations seem to be reducing their donut selections. The coffee wasn't up to the Dunkin' standard. I 'd give it another try. Though I wouldn't get the bacon on the avocado toast again.
Stopped in to grab a drink and a muffin. Store was clean when I walked in and an associate was mopping the floor, counters and tables all looked clean. Associate at the counter was very friendly, and my order was accurate. My drink, a mango pineapple green tea refresher, is very good, and my muffin tasted like it was baked this morning. I wish the other Dunkins in Henrietta were this good.

I was disappointed.. I really don't think it's appropriate to talk or mock other customers, while in the store and the whole staff is complaining and mocking someone in the drive thru... It's totally unexceptable. If u don't like your job, stay home. Sometimes, you may be the first person someone interacts with that day. Smile, be nice, and be a better⁶ person.
