I'm addicted to the ice coffee. However, I suggest getting the app. The lines and weight can be really long. Quite often the employees work really hard to not make eye contact to acknowledge your existence, especially if you have an issue. They focus on the drive-thru and the people standing at the register everyone else is invisible. They're also really chintzy with the cream cheese. You would think it's coming out of their paycheck.
Honestly Ive only ever interacted with this store over the phone while trying to determine when the renovations on the one Monroe Dunkin closer to me would be finished.The employees were always very kind and helpful though! ?
