Dunkin' on Monroe Ave is a clean and welcoming spot. The staff takes pride in keeping the area well-organized and spotless. The young woman who cleaned the tables and walls did an excellent job. The botón creme donuts are a popular item, although filling can be inconsistent. The staff, including Dave, demonstrate patience and maturity when dealing with complex customer orders. They are willing to make things right with generous discounts when needed. Overall, Dunkin' provides a positive dining experience with friendly service.
