Duncan is one of the only places that accommodates my order of DECAF iced coffee that I have to drink due to a medical condition. I can't have caffeine at all and the staff at this Dunkin' store are very aware and always double and triple check for me to make sure I don't get the wrong beverage or one that was made with caffeine by mistake. I feel safe ordering here and know that the team of people that work here care about my well being. Plus their decaf coffee tastes great too!!...read full review

This Dunkin' is the only one I will come to. Staff is friendly and efficient, the filled donuts actually have filling and not just a blop. IDK what is going on there, it used to not be good but I hope they keep it up! It's been about 2 months or 3 where it has been consistently 5star! I have tried the other locations and now, they cannot hold a flame to East Rochester Dunkin', they are awesome!Parking: Parking in front, side and rear of building.
