Love their coffee, but they NEVER get my food order correct. I went through the drive through, and had to park and go inside AGAIN, because they gave me the completely wrong breakfast sandwich. This is the third time in a row. I only treat myself to food there maybe once every 6 weeks or so. Frustrating .

The window people have pathetic listening skills. Even after repeating my order back, they still totally botch it. This happens frequently. I'm done buying food there.

Dunkin' offers exceptional service, with staff willing to accommodate customers' requests. The drive-thru is quick and easy, with pleasant servers. The specialty iced coffee is delicious. However, the dine-in area is less impressive, being barren and in disrepair. The parking area is a highlight, providing a convenient and comfortable space.
