“Amazing service!! I didn't get her name but this crew member should a 100% be made a manager she had incredible customer service and was efficiently fast paced and very attentive. I really suggest this dunkin for next time you're in the area and need a coffee fix with some good energy.“
“This place is typically good. Super busy, but the line moves relatively well. This morning the line was long and SLOW. I tried to go the front counter to pick up my to go order. LOCKED! I hopped back in the line having lost two spaces. Eventually go to the window to see one person hurriedly getting our order together. She was calm and courteous. She apologized and informed us that no one showed up for work. She handled a bad situation well.“
“Loved coming here!! Large selection of every bakery item you can think of! I came in for bread and left with a large box of pastries also!! Everything is delicious and fresh, the price is great too! The staff was very patient as I looked and they very nice and helpful. Highly recommend stopping in here! We'll be back, thanks!“
“I can't review the donuts because twice now we didn't receive our order. I pre-ordered a dozen donuts on Grub Hub for my daughter's birthday. My order never arrived yesterday, so I re-ordered yesterday for delivery this morning. The driver just texted me to tell me they were sold out. I pre-ordered. How is my order not pulled and boxed for delivery today? I must say, this experience has left me dazed and confused. Update: Glazed and Confused called me immediately. They did have my order and Grub Hub did not verify that my order had been pulled. They are delivering my order themselves to SU today and offered to comp my order. I couldn't ask for better customer service! I also learned that they deliver within a five mile radius. Thanks again "Glazed and Confused", looking forward to trying your donuts myself the next time I'm in Syracuse.“
“What a surprise to find this place locally cruising around. Never really heard much about them, but was pleased to find really tasty donuts. Service was good as the owner is who served me. The place is clean and looks old but has seating if you choose to eat there.“
“I used the dunkin app to order before i went inside. Coffee was done quickly and to order. The only slightly strange thing was the person placing the drink in the pickup area did not call out the names on the order. So if you were waiting for an order you had to check when a new cup was placed in the pickup area. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.“
“I come to this dunkin at least once but most of the time twice a day. I've been to almost every Dunkin in the Liverpool/clay and surround areas. This is by far the most consistent and most definitely the fastest even with a wrap around line. My coffee is always exactly the same and never any grounds in the bottom. I don't ever write reviews but they deserve one the staff is always on point!“
“Get your camera ready! The food looks so fabulous! They are definitely Instagram ready. The donuts are chewy with light topping. Crème brûlée brown sugar fresh milk drink is delicious and creamy. It’s a little too sugary for my personal taste. I also ordered the Cheeto hotdog. It’s basically crushed spicy Cheeto covering a large fried mozzarella on a stick. The size is huge.“
“This morning was that awful snowstorm, and I couldn’t even make it to work driving in it. I pulled into the DD parking lot to wait for the snow to ease up. I went in while I waited, and by the time I finished ordering a large coffee and just any donut; it was in front of me! I didn’t get an offer of a receipt to thank the two women working there, and the tap to pay didn’t prompt to add a tip, but it was a really nice part of a bad morning. The donut they picked for me was also really good, some big glob of frosting on top.“
“Ever since we got Tim Hortons in the Syracuse area, I've considered it superior to the (too) many Dunkin locations that blanket this area. It was a huge, shameful disappointment when most Timmy's locations suddenly closed a few years ago. Now the only 2 left are this one and another (limited) one in North Syracuse, both inside Delta Sonic locations, neither of which are near me or my usual commute to/from the eastern suburbs of Syracuse. But if I have a need to go somewhere near either of these Tim's locations I try to grab a coffee and donut. So much more fresher than the stale and mediocre product at Dunkin. Would upgrade from 4 to 5 stars if Tim Hortons would bring more locations back to the area... The Delta Sonic in DeWitt's lack of. Tim Hortons has beem very noticeable. Adding one there would be perfect. Nearby recent openings of busy DD and Starbucks seem to demonstrate there is demand on that part of Erie Blvd.“
“I love a good Dunkin' cup of coffee when I run out of my own coffee ingredients at home. But can we please have a drive thru option here? There are many times where I will skip this location entirely as I have a toddler in the car and sometimes it's just not worth the hassle of bringing her inside to grab a cup of coffee.. even if I promise her a donut. It's 2023, you can literally order groceries curbside. This is my petition for a drive thru addition :)“
“one of the few dunkins without a drive through. which is why i considered working therefunny story about that actually. so i applied online and then i was contacted for an interview and when i came in they said that i was hired and they gave me the uniform and name tag and all that. i came in for my shift two weeks later and basically (it's too complicated to fully explain) they forgot to finish hiring me.i was told the process was being completed and that i'd be paid for the one day i was working (i wasn't) and to finish the shift and whatnot. so i finished the shift, wasn't contacted again, and still have the uniform.i'm not mad at the employees or dunkin. i'm mad that corporations can get so large that employees are like ants and even where it should be easier (no drive through), employees are still being overworked and dehumanized“
“This is my favorite Dunkin in the area, between Oswego & Onondaga counties. I have been going to this location for over a year now. I can only recall once that they gave me the wrong order and they had that fixed in about a minute. The employees remember your name when you’re a regular which is sweet (even when I got a new car!). I recently discovered some food intolerances & the staff have been amazingly patient explaining what’s in the syrups etc. Plus their drinks are actually consistent from this location!Vegetarian options: Plenty of dairy free alternatives … I am not personally veg but low FODMAP and they are very helpful with all of my many restrictions.“
“this is my all time FAVORITE dunkin! every morning i go i am greeted with smiles and friendly faces ! they ALWAYS get my coffee right and the staff always puts me in a better mood even if i’m in a good one already!! All around perfect store and crew! Also no matter how long the line is i’m always in an out within 5 minutes “
“Since they've gotten new employees and weeded out the weak it's become such a better place! I seriously enjoy and support this D&D now. Great people/employees are fantastic. It's sad they get worked to the bone but they're always on point, professional and over all great people. I recommend coming here on 7th north right off the highway.“
“I run on Dunkin and I love their coffee! The service is always excellent here and the fact I use the app and order ahead so when I get here I just pick it up and go. I definitely would recommend Dunkin to anybody who loves coffee and fun seasonal snacks and drinks!“
“Service here is good. But I have a seemingly minor complaint about ALL the Dunkin Donut franchises in this area.100% of my visits to Dunkin Donuts is for Coffee and s Donut. Why don't any of the local Dunkin stores stock stirrers for their Coffee? Neither do they ever have Spoons. So, each time I visit a Dunkin store and I buy a Cup of Coffee, when I ask for a Stirrer, I am given a choice between a Drinking Straw or a Knife.Call me childish, but, I DO NOT LIKE STIRRING MY COFFEE WITH A STRAW. None of the Dunkin Donut stores in Syracuse, with a few exceptions, seem to ever have Stirrers. It's honestly become most annoying.“
