“I only got a drive-through coffee beverage (maple latte), which was DELICIOUS, but my heart was warmed by the young woman who took my order & served me. She was so sweet & pleasant and she really made my morning. So often (too often), people in the service industry just don't know how to be with the general public. Just be nice & people will want to come back. Those small interactions mean so much & so many people just don't understand that or even care to. Positive energy spreads from person to person & I feel that the world would be a better place if we were all a little kinder & nicer to each other. So thank you, Dippin Donuts drive-through woman who made me a yummy latte with a smile and started off my day in a great way. I really appreciated it!“
“The Dunkin' donuts on oriskany boulevard and whitesboro is my favorite. The Dunkin' donuts inside cliffs on route 5 and 233 is the worst Dunkin' donuts in town the short-handed you can't order at the desk you have to go to the drive-thru they're very slow“
“I ordered through the app for in-store pick up this past Thursday morning. Between the mobile orders rolling in, the drive-thru line, the walk-in orders, AND the delivery truck, it was BUSY. Staff was helpful, working hard, and handling it. They were doing great. My coffees took a few minutes, but that was fine because I could see it was clearly busy and the staff was working hard to keep up. Thanks for all your hard work!!“
“Super friendly guy at the counter. It was my first time here, and he gave me an extra doughnut and made me a drink they don’t usually make. To top it off, he gave me a discount since there’s a debit card fee. Oh, and he even asked for feedback and to let him know how to improve. “I only get one kind of drink and normally bagels or one kind of doughnut. Never been not satisfied here. Once I was given the wrong doughnut, and once I was given a coffee. With coffee grounds in it. But no matter how many mistakes they make they always make it right. I got the doughnut I wanted and I got the drink I wanted. I will always go back here for the holes and cream.“
“The people that work at this Dunkin are the nicest ones people around. They are always such in a good mood. I went there today and one of the ladies gave my pupper a pup cup. He loved it! Definitely will be back.As for the actual food…. lol well that’s a different story lol, but whatever it was edible. Coffee was amazing A+++“

“This place has the BEST donuts hands down! And the owners are beyond nice! If you ask for a donut and they are out of them in the front, they ask if you have a few minutes to wait, of you do they go back and make the donut you request! It's amazing to see such good business“
