“My family dropped in early today and were immediately delighted with the available parking, the ambiance, and the cleanliness. The place has a healthy, orderly, and embracing vibe - very “warm” and inviting.They offer a nice variety of croissants and muffins, along with cooked items. We enjoyed blueberry muffins which were moist and flavorful.Our hot chocolates were hot and tasty.When we arrived, just after 7AM, there were 2 people behind the counter and the crowd was very light. As we ate, the place started filling up. Initially, I was thinking that the staff was going to get buried. But, no! These wise people were way ahead of me - two more staff arrived at the perfect time. So, as the door opened and closed increasingly often, the line barely grew as the staff were taking care of business!When we left, the place was full. Every chair was taken and there was no line. They sure know what they’re doing.We are delighted with this experience and I certainly look forward to any chance to return. Most likely, I’ll MAKE that chance.Highly recommended.“
“This place has the BEST donuts hands down! And the owners are beyond nice! If you ask for a donut and they are out of them in the front, they ask if you have a few minutes to wait, of you do they go back and make the donut you request! It's amazing to see such good business“
“I only got a drive-through coffee beverage (maple latte), which was DELICIOUS, but my heart was warmed by the young woman who took my order & served me. She was so sweet & pleasant and she really made my morning. So often (too often), people in the service industry just don't know how to be with the general public. Just be nice & people will want to come back. Those small interactions mean so much & so many people just don't understand that or even care to. Positive energy spreads from person to person & I feel that the world would be a better place if we were all a little kinder & nicer to each other. So thank you, Dippin Donuts drive-through woman who made me a yummy latte with a smile and started off my day in a great way. I really appreciated it!“
“Super friendly guy at the counter. It was my first time here, and he gave me an extra doughnut and made me a drink they don’t usually make. To top it off, he gave me a discount since there’s a debit card fee. Oh, and he even asked for feedback and to let him know how to improve. “A regular guest. Cakes and other baked goods are great. Starbucks coffee is perfect. Need more space and help...Only real coffee at the stone... [Hint, hint] maybe make another coffee stand without the confectionary attached... The lines are always long.“
“I think this is our only Bakery left. Rome is know for our amazing Italian food. Ferlo's does not disappoint . Their tomato pie. Bake goods and bread is just like I remember as a kid. Like walking into Rome's history . My favorite is the football rolls...Perfect for meatball subs !!!“
