Well, yesterday I had a final walkthrough with a client in the Scottholm neighborhood, and Tous Les Jours was the closest option. Boy was I blown away by every detail of this shop!! It was pristine, every item and every surface sparkled and gleamed, there were so many delicious looking pastries and so many I had never seen before! The chefs were dressed in beautiful gingham uniforms and chatted with us as easily as if they had known us for years. I will definitely be going back many times.
