Was invited for the Syracuse Duke basketball game. But before had a wonderful dinner at Joey’s Restaurant. Noticed Big Mama’s Cheesecakes, hm, interesting/catchy name. Make note this is one dessert that so many make, so many claim to have so called mastered etc it is extremely difficult to master. I have no clue what this cheesecake recipe is but whatever is in it is Fing GENIOUS. I travel all over the country and had a stop at the Carrier Corp & saw this hidden gem. Cheesecake is a very delicate dessert. This Big MaMa’s Cheesecake supersedes anything I have ever had in my 61 years of existence. Absolutely outstanding. Never have tasted anything quite like this anywhere across this nation.
Visited last week from Auburn Ny and I tried several different flavors and it was all delicious!! Highly recommend!!!
