Nicest DD staff in area. If there wasnt a “No tipping” sign I would everytime .
The employees at this Dunkin Donuts are fantastic and provide THE best customer service! Thank you to the two young employees that were so awesome when this old lady who is technology challenged ordered her coffee on the app but accidentally chose the wrong location. Your friendliness and willingness to help me out were greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

Dunkin' at Willow Place in Verona offers a pleasant experience with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the quality of the coffee, which is often perfect and just as ordered. While there have been instances of limited menu items, such as being out of croissants, the team remains polite and knowledgeable, answering any questions. One customer mentioned that their frozen coffee was more liquid than expected but still tasted good, and they were thankful for the whipped cream. The crew's charisma and attentiveness, including recognition of regular customers, enhance the overall experience at this location.
