I only get one kind of drink and normally bagels or one kind of doughnut. Never been not satisfied here. Once I was given the wrong doughnut, and once I was given a coffee. With coffee grounds in it. But no matter how many mistakes they make they always make it right. I got the doughnut I wanted and I got the drink I wanted. I will always go back here for the holes and cream.
I went to another Dunkin Donuts and the way that they made my coffee was absolutely disgusting. On my way to work I stopped at this Dunkin across from Turning Stone and asked them if they can please fix it. The manager (I believe) Josh was wonderful. He was so empathetic and understanding. I wanted to pay for the coffee, but he said because it was made incorrectly to not worry about it.
