The store on 2/16/2026 was not open. The store has always been shore staffed causing the drive thru lane to be backed up to Collamer road and down the road causing congestion in the flow of the traffic. The service is slow and the food is served COLD and not made as ordered. Someone needs to see what is going on there that they can’t keep managers and employees quit frequently. This store seems to be poorly managed. Dunkin on Collamer Road, East Syracuse.
