Mary, the manager, and Kim, the bartender and server, made our visit to Ruby Tuesday truly special. Their kindness, warmth, and exemplary service went far beyond what we expected. They made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for from beginning to end. Both of them are wonderful representatives of Ruby Tuesday and deserve recognition for the amazing job they do!
