“What a find in the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse, NY! We stopped for the night in East Syracuse on our way to Boston. We arrived late into the city and were looking for a place for a late-night meal. We lucked out with the find of the Season Tavern inside the Double Tree Hotel.Our first choice was the Salt City Smashed Burger. The burger arrived large with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on a Brioche Bun/Roll with fries. The burger was great and the presentation was very good.Our second choice was the Street-Style Fish Tacos. This treat arrived with Red Snapper, Napp slaw, Pico De Gallo, Cotija cheese, Chipotle Aioli, lime, and Cilantro. All of this was served on our choice of either flour or corn tortillas. We picked the flour tortillas. We had a choice of either a salad or chips as a side. We went with the salad. Just like the burger the tacos were great and the presentation was very good. We enjoyed our meals with glasses of wine which were appropriately priced.Once again, I wish Google would allow ½ stars. The Season Tavern is a solid 4 ½ stars. This was great bar food at a reasonable price. The service was over the top; thank you, Ms Kim! We don't travel this way much, but if we do, we will make sure we stop and dine at the Season Tavern. “Love this place, food is awesome,my all time is the potato skins, and the fish oh and the onion rings , I just wish they still did delivery, , and jenn is fantastic,she is definitely great with customer service,don't know if she is still there but I really liked her ,but the bartenders a great as well and are right there if you want an other drink or food, the owner is doing a great job ,he does a good job with events that are. For all ages“

“Excellent food and friendly excellent staff also. They treat you like family there. Also I did dishes at that exact Diner when I was a teenager but back then it was known as The Corner Diner. It always has and always will be my Hometown Diner no matter what.“

“We truly enjoyed our dinner at The East Syracuse location and we love the salad bar! What was best though Was our server Cliff. Not only was he incredibly attentive like seriously, five star attentive, but he’s also such a creative person and we had a nice chat about kids and life and so forth and some of the cool things he’s done making his house wonderful for his children, since we brought it up about houses and such… since we just moved here. Anyway, his kids are so blessed to have him and we’re blessed to have him as our server! Will be back! The steak was great by the way

Kid-friendliness: We are comfortable, bringing our grandchildren here because there’s plenty of seating. It’s well spaced and there’s always something to keep them busy, including eating!“

“We had dinner at Empire Pizza & Deli tonight and we ordered a variety of food and all of it was so good. The buffalo chicken stromboli, burgers and fries, the empire rueban, crispy chicken salad, potato pancake, coleslaw, mango habanero boneless wings, baklava, and the pickles were amazingly delicious! So much food with good prices, we will surely be back!!! Oh and the staff are super nice too!“
