Here are my reasons:1) Time Management + Customer Service: I believe the time it takes to be served after placing an order is crucial in any restaurant. I'm not suggesting service should be as quick as a fast food chain's, but I've often experienced extremely long waits, almost an hour, especially in diners during weekends. Since my visit was on a Sunday morning and the place was full of customers, I was concerned about a possible long wait. However, our welcoming server, Deanna, quickly took my order and kindly recommended options as I was contemplating among several choices. To my surprise, I received my food within 5 minutes. I was impressed and realized this efficiency was possible because all staff members were handling their responsibilities professionally and promptly. Therefore, I was very satisfied and wish to praise their professionalism.2) Food: Naturally, food is also a crucial factor in evaluating restaurants. I tried the ‘Biscuit Bowl,’ which includes biscuits, eggs, potatoes, and bacon with a special sauce. It was delightful. The dish was neither too salty nor too sweet, striking a perfect balance. Several other menu items looked enticing, and I'm eager to try them next time.Overall, I'm thrilled to have discovered this place and to see everyone enjoying their meals. “Immediately after exiting the thruway, I decided to have lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse.Was the food phenomenal? YES! it absolutely was.Were these lambchops worth going viral?? YES! They absolutely were.Was this street corn worth the hype?? You guessed it... YEP!However, this highlight for Longhorn Steakhouse is not about their amazing menu. It's for their amazing staff.One staff member in particular, and that would be Zykiyyah, who's at their Rt. 31 location. (Liverpool/Clay)Upon arriving, we were greeted with the most welcoming hello, very friendly demeanor, and kind smile.I watched as she politely and graciously assisted a bus group of elders who had stopped in to celebrate a birthday.Not only did she flawlessly greet and seat everyone with a smile, but she was also training a new employee and assisting with serving tables. She never skipped a beat or seemed to be too overwhelmed even though I could clearly see her juggling multiple tasks.Our exchange with Kiyyah was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered!While I did thank her personally with a kind gesture for being phenomenal, I also wanted to come on this platform and publicly acknowledge how wonderful she was this afternoon.Zakiyyah, thank you!!!You made our day.I hope somehow, some way this post reaches you ?“
“I give it 1 star shy of 5 due to the price. 5 cents shy of $5. for a hotdog! ??♂️ That's crazy. But they are good. I'm a truck driver out of Virginia, and I first tried this place back in July of last year (2023) after some random people I was talking to at a local diner recommended trying this place. I think I was told this was the oldest eatery in town or something like that. So this is my 2nd time eating here. I got the Snappy dog and Frank dog. The snappy has a slightly distinct taste compared to the traditional frank dog. Both dogs (w/ chili & onion) are pretty good. I just think they're overpriced compared to what I'm used to back home. Not a fan of the fries, but I do like the baked beans. I'll try the onion rings next time I'm passing thru.Sadly, they don't have 18-wheeler parking, but if you're bobtail, they can accommodate.“
“We had our family Christmas party at Home Team Pub this year, first time at a new place in almost 15 years, with about 80 people in the banquet room. Everything was wonderful, from the planning stages to the night of the party. Diane, Christina, Anne, Randi, Mary Rose, Steve and Mackenzie (I think?) were all so friendly, welcoming and made sure we had everything we need. The even let Santa come visit and hand out presents to all the kids. The room was decorated beautifully and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!“
“The ambient of this place is on point. First time coming here, and I didn't know how big it was. It's hard to tell how huge this place is from the front. Overall, really good chicken quesadillas, good bar atmosphere, and great place to have a good time. I will definitely wanna check it out when they do a concert/event.“
“Well, my phone was dead so I couldn't take pictures! BUT a great place with great pizza AND wings! We went on a week day and it was very empty so easy to get a seat and service was great! Everyone seemed great and it was quick. We had the pizza and appetizer sample. Everything was super yummy! Great place to go with friends and watch any game on the many many screens!“

“Went for my birthday during lunch on a weekday and the lunch specials are gave a great variety and the atmosphere is very inviting.Dietary restrictions: The menu has great options during lunch and dinner. I've had many dishes there but recently had the salmon during lunch on the lunch menu and it's was delicious.“
“I've been here plenty of times, and I've eaten my way through the menu, minus the seafood. I usually sit at the bar, which does not always mean great service, but here it does. I'd like to say the food blew me away. It does not. But it's all very good. Anything I have tried would be something I would have again.“
“Been going to Bull and Bear since it was originally in Hanover Square downtown. Both the Easy Syracuse and Liverpool locations continue the tradition of great food, great atmosphere and great service. Dining in or getting takeout, never had a problem with our orders. “The food and the service were amazing, the chicken quesadilla was alright, not necessarily my thing but the fries were delicious. However the bathrooms scared me a bit. The space under the stalls was really large, and almost in line with the toilet itself. Will come back for the food, but beware the bathroomWheelchair accessibility: Tables were quite close together, might be hard to navigate but they did have ramps in and a decently sized handicapped bathroom stall“
