“Sharkey's always has good music and their atmosphere in the summer is warm and welcoming. They have summer leagues for volleyball and kickball that I enjoy doing and my parents love Bike Nights on Thursdays. The food is good and the staff is very friendly. The owner usually is around and he is very nice and customer oriented.“
“I didn't even know that they served food here but my friend suggested we try here for lunch after our walk at Destiny mall. We were greeted warmly by the bartender who was taken care of a few patrons at the bar. We grabbed menus and sat down at a separate area where the dart boards are. Sign said to go up to the bar to order. The bartender "Megan" was very friendly and made us feel at home. I ordered the smothered steak sandwich with curly fries. They had an up charge for fries over potato chips but I was in the mood for fries and it was reasonable $1.99. The sandwich was huge and I especially liked that the bun was toasted and crisp. The meat was not over cooked and the cheese was melted with the peppers and onions underneath. The fries looked pale but they were cooked and lightly salted. The cook brought the food out to us which was a nice touch. They checked on our table several times to make sure we were ok. My lunch mates had hamburgers which they really liked. Altogether a pleasant experience. This is not a fancy place but they have good reasonable food (my lunch was 15.15 total with tax and up charge for using a credit card).“
“Been going to Bull and Bear since it was originally in Hanover Square downtown. Both the Easy Syracuse and Liverpool locations continue the tradition of great food, great atmosphere and great service. Dining in or getting takeout, never had a problem with our orders. “Went in hungry and loved everything I had. Got the pretzels, chicken tenders, and the Philly cheese steak. The pretzels were just perfect and the chicken tenders were as good as the bartender said they would be. The Philly cheese steak was wonderful and was just enough to fill me up. Will have to go back for the 10 dollar Wednesday burgers.“
“Fast attentive staff,good food,they had 1.00 wings good size awesome taste i like them extra crispy they were perfect same with shrimp basket..Drinks were perfectly made not overly strong nor weak..no matter whoch bartender was pouringthere was 3 ,live music also not overly loud good music good sound you could still talk people were still able to playdarts etc..there wasnt people all drunk being rude or aggressive.it was a fun,cheerful.freindly crowd..Hometown bar feel but also very welcoming me n my wife have only been there a couple of times but no matter the crowd and bartenders always make you feel as if your their all the time..If you wanna have a no drama,fun night out.the food is good atmosphere is amazing for syracuse..Town Tavern is a great bar when is nice out theres picnic tables out front so you can relax have a cig or whatever is you do ! “Went to this place for the first time this past weekend and I’ll definitely be back! The women bartending was very attentive, and pleasant! Glasses, bar, and the entire place was clean—and the atmosphere was comfortable. Now to the best part of this place…THE FOOD IS AMAZING!! I met some friends here around 8-9 Saturday and was starving. I ordered a cheeseburger, dirty rice and baked Mac and cheese. All of these where amazing!! The food was good quality, serving sizes were more than enough (had some to take home), and everything I got tasted amazing!! So happy I found this place! I will definitely be ordering here when I need to pick up dinner for my family….and I suggest everyone else stop in here too.“
“Crazy busy the day we were there, but they were very accommodating. Food was delicious, though they forgot our appetizer, but made up for it with an extra round of drinks. Some chairs were scary to sit on, and I had to change chairs since it was so wobbly. I thought it might collapse under me.“

“Nice little Pub in Baldwinsville off the beaten path. I think it's part of the golf course and is nestled back in the trees.I had a very good meal with friends. My side salad was very nice size, and fresh and delicious, way nicer than a tiny bowl of just lettuce. My (haddock) fish sandwich was quite large, perfectly fried and bonus was that it was on a brioche roll.One friend had the Reuben which she declared delicious, even though she is not a fan of sauerkraut!The other friend had the 1/2 pound burger which she also enjoyed very much.“

“Had our first visit to Dock's Grill today with my daughter and 2 grandsons. We had a beautiful area on the deck to enjoy the views and the food! The owner, Debbie greeting us with smile and seated us right away! She told us about the specials and answered any questions we had! Now about the food...My daughter and I both had the Bacon Blue Burger that was cooked just as we requested..she had a salad as her side which had very fresh ingredients and a homemade dressing that she raved about! I had the mac/tuna salad which was very good! One grandson got the Hair of the dog Burger and the other one got the (oops I can't remember) both with fries! The burgers and the sides were incredible! We are looking forward to our next visit!“
“This was my go to local hangout 2012-2021. Posting now in leu of the passing of the owner and forthcoming closure. If anyplace was ever a “Cheers” this was ours. I recall the first time we visited and being approached by Kevin and his welcoming us to the establishment, SU game was on one of the many TV’s throughout the bar and fresh hot pizza’s from the kitchen! Kevin and Nancy are a true class act and a staple in Brewerton we are all going to be so sad to see go! So many great bartenders and great people we have met in this establishment! Kevin and many regular patrons ringing the bell, we often left with more chips in our pockets than we spent during happy hour! (We made up for that on the late night weekends!)
