Very attentive, consistently checking in seeking if we wanted or needed anything. The food & drinks was exquisite, nobody was left disappointed. “This is such a lovely place. The food was superb, and the service was exceptional. Every staff member was very detail-oriented and we felt right at home. It’s the perfect place for any occasion, whether it be a date night or a family meal. The atmosphere was also very unique - we recommend trying out the patio in the warmer months and the Fall. There’s a heater out there and they just installed a beautiful fire pit to sit by and enjoy. 5/5 stars - we will definitely be returning!“

“I have eaten there a lot and everything is very great. Today I got the Buffalo chicken sub, and I was disappointed. It needed more sauce, too much cheese and too little chicken. Worst thing is I told a friend to get it and I got the steak which was awesome.“

“Went to Lakeport Inn for their haddock dinner. Hubby and I shared and we still could not eat it all. The baked beans are outstanding, haddock was perfectly fried and the onion rings were abundant and done to perfection. Our server - Tara - was on point with all she had going on as they had just been slammed with customers and she was doing it all with a smile and good attitude. Not fancy by any means but you will leave feeling like they will know your name next time you stop in.“

I was looking forward to having the eggs Benedict which wasn't offered. Ended up having a burger 😟. You need to update your website.“

“This DoubleTree hotel restaurant was a revelation! After a long day of driving, it was the only place open. We ordered a club sandwich and short rib tacos and both were delicious and filling (photo does not do it justice). Staff was attentive and friendly, even at the late hour. Bonus points for having multiple IPAs on tap. If we ever need to stay in the Syracuse area, it will be here, and so will dinner.“

Gnocchi in vodka sauce and meatballs were to die for, and fried ravioli appetizer special was super tasty too! “I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“

“First time there and recommended by a friend/coworker. Highly recommend the chicken wing sandwich with a spicy kick. Sandy read is for Philadelphia Amoroso's. They also have fried foods there's about five to select from French fries. Pepsi can products in a slide door refrigerator. There a lot of steak sandwiches and options to choose from. Next sandwich I will try is the original with cheese and noticed a BLT sandwich at the bottom of the list. At work a lot people noticed the sandwich and said wow what is that buffalo chicken with sub from Gino's on South Main. Don't miss out and have to try!!

Nicki, the bar tender was friendly and kind and made a mean cocktail. All I can say is come for the cocktails and stay for the food. I can't wait to go back!“

“Passing through town on a snowy night, our family needed to grab a meal to bring back to the hotel. We had trouble narrowing down what to order, as there were so many great-looking options. The service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and most importantly, every single thing we ordered was even better than we anticipated. Even our hard-to-please kids loved their meals and even actually asked to try some of ours. We will definitely be back when back in the area to try some of the other items (though it will be hard to pass up the jambalaya mac & cheese, southwestern egg rolls and loaded salts, knowing how good they are)!“
