Arad Evans Inn is a beautiful place with a warm atmosphere. The service was lovely, although the servers might need more training on describing specials. Some dishes like the onion soup lacked depth of flavor, and the risotto was mushy. However, the duck breast was overcooked, but the shaved vegetable salad was very good. The cocktails and wine were excellent. The homemade Torchio and Rigatoni pasta were delicious, as well as the Halibut and Pork Chop dinners. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, there is a concern about the Hospitality Charge policy affecting the servers' tips. Overall, Arad Evans Inn offers a delicious dining experience with room for improvement.
