“My favorite place when I come to Sylvan Beach...never a bad meal EVER. Got the sausage gravy and biscuits this time., eggs and toast, with a carrot cake pancake on the side...SO GOOD. And the coffee ..chefs kiss! Of your going to Sylvan Beach, EAT HERE!!“

“Great little spot in Sylvan Beach over looking the water. The owner is very welcoming! I had the wedge salad and French onion soup. The salad was fresh and huge! Enough for two people to share. After dinner I opted for the salted caramel truffles for dessert. They were just enough!“

“A little bit on the expensive side but the food is well worth it. Food is cooked to perfection and the portions are actually pretty decent size. Staff were very friendly both over the phone and in person. When I arrived for my pick up order, there were people inside that seemed to be having a great time. “Went to Lakeport Inn for their haddock dinner. Hubby and I shared and we still could not eat it all. The baked beans are outstanding, haddock was perfectly fried and the onion rings were abundant and done to perfection. Our server - Tara - was on point with all she had going on as they had just been slammed with customers and she was doing it all with a smile and good attitude. Not fancy by any means but you will leave feeling like they will know your name next time you stop in.“

Our waitress, Kari, was absolutely amazing—thoughtful with her recommendations, attentive without being overbearing, and she had such a refreshing, friendly personality. She made sure we had everything we needed the entire evening. We started with the braised beef short rib ravioli, which was beyond tasty—rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For my main course, I had the crusted pork chop with au gratin potatoes and escarole, and it was truly delicious and cooked to perfection. And the peanut butter pie for dessert was exactly the sweet treat I needed to end the night. To top it all off, the manager even came out to wish me a happy birthday, which made the experience feel extra special. The atmosphere is calming, cozy, and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly. It provided the way I thought it would, except for ONE FLAW.. So, I order the Make your Own Grand Slam with 2 Eggs (Ordered them over easy) 2 Bacon Strips, Toast, and Pancakes. It came pretty quick, 8 minutes, not bad. The eggs were suspicious. I checked them and, what do ya know? It's not cooked right. It's not cooked AT ALL. So, I get it remade of course. They remake it, but with extra surprise. The surprise? It was greater than if my mom cooked it. My waiter was so good with service and understanding. So, I just wanna say, thank you, Denny's Staff. :D“
