Our waitress, Kari, was absolutely amazing—thoughtful with her recommendations, attentive without being overbearing, and she had such a refreshing, friendly personality. She made sure we had everything we needed the entire evening. We started with the braised beef short rib ravioli, which was beyond tasty—rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For my main course, I had the crusted pork chop with au gratin potatoes and escarole, and it was truly delicious and cooked to perfection. And the peanut butter pie for dessert was exactly the sweet treat I needed to end the night. To top it all off, the manager even came out to wish me a happy birthday, which made the experience feel extra special. The atmosphere is calming, cozy, and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly. “Let’s start with the food… nothing short of AMAZING. We got an array of food, chicken, veal, pasta, shrimp, calamari. The portion sizes are UNREAL. Enough for at least two meals after you eat. The atmosphere, decor, space and food offered us a relaxing and comfortable “night before” celebration! The staff was outstanding! So friendly and welcoming to our group. “IT can be noisy. Not the noise level of these obnoxious chain restaurants. The food, and service was great, as I took a very tall gal, to Teddy's on a date. We had a great time, and were seated promptly. The service staff, did not rush us nor were the meals delivered, right after the appetizers as many chain restaurants do to service as many customers as possible.
We also chose Teddy's Restaurant, as we live close by, and had no need to drive there. The other option was a restaurant on North James street. Prices are about the same.
I had the broiled Haddock. Delicious. She had the Big Daddy Chicken sandwich. Italian nachos, was our appetizer. We shared a slice of carrot cake. Delicious.
I just wonder if Teddy's, would serve more people, if it located onto Chestnut street near Griffiss business park. Everything, as gar as jobs, the Copper City is receiving, ends-up on Griffiss.“

“I was very pleased with the quality of the porterhouse steak dinner special. The steak was cooked to perfection and had great flavor. The garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. I do not like spinach and it was the only vegetable option. No substitution. I opted to pay to substitute. And I had the rice which was very good. I do wish they had a second option for a vegetable. Otherwise everything was wonderful.“

“I ordered for CarSide pickup and when I brought the food home, I found a hair in my rice and chicken. I called to ask for a refund and Camrin, whom I believe to be a manager at the Rome location, immediately apologized for the incident and promptly had a new order remade for me within 10 minutes. On top of that she gave me a complementary dessert for my troubles. Accidents happen, but the matter was handled extremely professional and I was not given a hard time by anyone. Her service was greatly appreciated!“

“Well my wife and I recently moved to Sherrill NY.We noticed there was a DENNY’S in the plaza. It is a dinner design and we thought it would be interesting to check it out.i was curious about the menu looked it up and saw a lot of negative reviews.on yelpWell we chose to not let that deter Us from going.Very glad we did. To debunk a lot that is written here , first of all it was clean, and not tired. The hostess was smiling , and quick.Our waitress Amber was cheerful and took care of us right away.It was very busy and where we sat the cooks were working on over drive. We had the California club. It came at a reasonable time, well made fresh, and came with properly cooked fries, that were hot.i have no idea if the other reviewers got their opinions from but again, Yelp seems to have a lot of haters in general. we were very please, And BTW, one more thing, I checked out the restroom, clean, no smells.“
