The beer batter haddock is always a good choice. I'm not fond of the new version of the coleslaw, it has more of a tang to it, I don't care for that. The staff is always friendly, great bunch of people. I eat their monthly. 
This is the third time I've visited Mr. G's. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. My one complaint is regarding the temperature of the food. It is warm, not hot, upon delivery to the table. Before the dinner is half eaten, the food is cold.

My fish fry was good, but the batter was quite hard to just cut with a fork. My potato wedges were over fried also. I will still be back. Our waitress is very nice and gets orders right, but she is very slow which she probably cannot help. I'm assuming some sort of health issues, so I will try to forgive and forget. I am handicapped so I'm aware of this issue.
