“Hidden Gem! I'm really not one to ever bother leaving reviews like this, but this place has made a very big impression on me where I can't say enough good about them. My favorite thing on their menu is the Chicken Riggie's and I mean it when I tell you that they are hands down THE BEST chicken or sausage Riggie's I have ever had anywhere. It's a very generous portion for only $12 buck's. I'm a big guy and I can't even finish the portion that they give me in one sitting.. Everything I've tried on their menu is awesome! I've actually considered not even grocery shopping anymore and just eating there on a daily basis. A very close family friend of mine introduced this place to me over the summer and I've been hooked ever since. She goes to this place literally almost every day for lunch and gets the Margarita Panini sandwich. I just highly recommend this place Ive already brought many diff friends of mine and my dad as well to go there and made sure they all tried the chicken Riggie's and they all agree with me that they are incredible! The owner and his wife are very friendly, down to earth, just great people, they've done such a great job with the place and I believe anybody that goes there will agree that its the cat's pajama's!“

“I have eaten there a lot and everything is very great. Today I got the Buffalo chicken sub, and I was disappointed. It needed more sauce, too much cheese and too little chicken. Worst thing is I told a friend to get it and I got the steak which was awesome.“

“The food is cooked perfectly and has that old school small breakfast/lunch diner feeling. I am in there almost every day of the work week. Great breakfast sandwiches and the Fish sandwich on Fridays is delicious and big“

“Went to this restaurant on our drive up to Canada as we were staying in Syracuse for the night.

I called ahead (on the same day) to make a reservation, which is recommended. They were full by the time we got there. We were seated quickly, but waited a while for service. It seemed like there were only 2 servers that night, and they were both running back and forth from the host position to grabbing drinks to getting the food out.

I ordered the steak frites. It was good, but a bit salty for my tasting. The fries had a heavy coating of Parmesan cheese which made it too salty.

The atmosphere and vibe is nice and romantic. However in the winter it does get cold as it’s an older building and when people enter/exit the restaurant a draft gets let in.

Overall, it was an okay experience. I’d come back in the summer just to see if things are different.“

“We had read many good reviews about this place and decided to check it out. We we not disappointed. Our host/ bartender and server Tara was fantastic. Friendly and attentive and answered all questions asked about the place.
We both ordered the Fried Seafood Platter. It came with a huge piece of haddock, shrimp and scallops with enough fries to feed three people. All cooked perfectly. I live 5 minutes away and am so glad I went. Will definitely be returning to try other dishes there. Do not pass this place up! A hidden gem!“

“Very good!! :) It’s a bit loud but it was great !!(: Mom’s meal could’ve been better but mine was great as always!!! Burger could’ve been done a bit more for her she likes her’s well done mine was just right medium well or well done for me I’ll take either of them :). “Had reservations for my Favv 35th birthday & I must say from beginning to the end everything was amazing. Our server Alexis was PHENOMENAL. “Great place to eat in the late summer and fall . The view of the trees turning colors from the outside dining on the deck is BEAUTIFUL ! The food is okay , service not that good , but it’s worth it for the view alone . You get an amazing view overlooking the trees and the lake below from the deck . We enjoyed a Beautiful day there , and we will go back again in the fall and enjoy the deck on a sunny , warm , Fall Day for lunch and drinks .“

“This DoubleTree hotel restaurant was a revelation! After a long day of driving, it was the only place open. We ordered a club sandwich and short rib tacos and both were delicious and filling (photo does not do it justice). Staff was attentive and friendly, even at the late hour. Bonus points for having multiple IPAs on tap. If we ever need to stay in the Syracuse area, it will be here, and so will dinner.“

“I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“

“I went to Chadwicks's for the first time a little while ago and had a wonderful experience. The Kitchen serves delicious food and the owner was kind and generous. Nicki, the bar tender was friendly and kind and made a mean cocktail. All I can say is come for the cocktails and stay for the food. I can't wait to go back!“

“First time here last night for my birthday. Sat at the bar and was waited on by Bianca? (Dark hair and sparkly top on) She was friendly, professional, efficient and checked on us often. Gnocchi in vodka sauce and meatballs were to die for, and fried ravioli appetizer special was super tasty too! Currently eating my leftovers for dinner and she wrote the sweetest happy birthday note on the box, sent the wonderful experience home with me. 10/10“

“Passing through town on a snowy night, our family needed to grab a meal to bring back to the hotel. We had trouble narrowing down what to order, as there were so many great-looking options. The service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and most importantly, every single thing we ordered was even better than we anticipated. Even our hard-to-please kids loved their meals and even actually asked to try some of ours. We will definitely be back when back in the area to try some of the other items (though it will be hard to pass up the jambalaya mac & cheese, southwestern egg rolls and loaded salts, knowing how good they are)!“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

She was knowledgeable about the dish, checked in to be sure it was prepared the way I wanted, and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy.

Her timing is flawless—attentive but never hovering—and her friendly, professional demeanor makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Randi has a way of making guests feel genuinely taken care of, and that kind of service stands out.

“We have been patrons of T2 for love music inside and outside, enjoyed many a pizza and wings, had some great parties with graduations,work HH and retirements. This establishment also does so much for the community. These folks are too notch. In addition, they have a great volleyball area and outside bar and fire pit. I can’t say enough!“

“My husband and I go there often. We live in Binghamton NY and it quite a drive but usually worth it. Last night we were there and I was disappointed that they didn't have a carving station open. No ham,roast beef or turkey..That's what I really like..They had meatloaf on the hot bar but it looked like it had been there for a while. It was dried out and very hard... All the other stations were very good as usual...I just hope the next time we come the carving station will be open...“
