“My daughter and I stayed overnight for her 13th birthday. We, but she most importantly had an amazing time. The food, the accommodations, and the ghost tour was so wonderful. “What a find in the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse, NY! We stopped for the night in East Syracuse on our way to Boston. We arrived late into the city and were looking for a place for a late-night meal. We lucked out with the find of the Season Tavern inside the Double Tree Hotel.Our first choice was the Salt City Smashed Burger. The burger arrived large with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on a Brioche Bun/Roll with fries. The burger was great and the presentation was very good.Our second choice was the Street-Style Fish Tacos. This treat arrived with Red Snapper, Napp slaw, Pico De Gallo, Cotija cheese, Chipotle Aioli, lime, and Cilantro. All of this was served on our choice of either flour or corn tortillas. We picked the flour tortillas. We had a choice of either a salad or chips as a side. We went with the salad. Just like the burger the tacos were great and the presentation was very good. We enjoyed our meals with glasses of wine which were appropriately priced.Once again, I wish Google would allow ½ stars. The Season Tavern is a solid 4 ½ stars. This was great bar food at a reasonable price. The service was over the top; thank you, Ms Kim! We don't travel this way much, but if we do, we will make sure we stop and dine at the Season Tavern. “Great place to eat in the late summer and fall . The view of the trees turning colors from the outside dining on the deck is BEAUTIFUL ! The food is okay , service not that good , but it’s worth it for the view alone . You get an amazing view overlooking the trees and the lake below from the deck . We enjoyed a Beautiful day there , and we will go back again in the fall and enjoy the deck on a sunny , warm , Fall Day for lunch and drinks .“

“This place is phenomenal. We were in the area and wanted to try something new. Looked up places nearby and this one came up.

Right from walking in the door we were greeted with a smile and seated right away. Our waiter promptly came over with menus and water.

We also got fresh bread with seasonings and parmesan and oil on the table to go with it.

Our appetizer was the poutine which came with roast beef and was so incredibly tender.

We also got the dip sandwich and the short rib grilled cheese. Both were amazing and loaded with meat. We could only eat half our sandwich before we were full.

Everything came out quickly and our cups were never empty.

The service from everyone was the best I've had in a long time and the food was phenomenal.

We'll be enjoying our leftovers and definitely be coming back.“

“we were in early Saturday evening before an event at the palace theater across the street. it was clean and the staff were wonderful. the food was outstanding! my daughter had a fish sandwich and the breading was light and crispy and was actually seasoned! ( often breaded fish doesn't have much flavor in the breading) my husband and I both had variations of the Philly cheese steak sandwiches which were delicious! the toasted bread was really good. we also tried many samples the kitchen brought to us to try and their Mac n cheese was outstanding! wings cooked to perfection and the dirty rice was so good! everyone there were so polite and we will definitely be back!“

“The Mrs. and I stopped in today (8/8/24) for the first time and had some lunch. The special was delicious (Belly Stuffer Philly cheese steak), and only $9.50 with fries and free refills on the soda fountain! I upgraded to a beer with mine, which only costs me $10.50! The owner, Josh, was very nice, as was the bar maid. The bathrooms were spotless, too. We sat at an outside table and really enjoyed our first visit. I read some old reviews that were negative, but I can say that was not our experience. We'll definitely be back again for more. Also, I can't believe how reasonable the prices were, considering the ludicrous inflation, and I'm sure setting up shop in Fayetteville isn't a cheap venture. So... great service, great food, great prices, friendly folks; a nice little nook off the beaten path. They get an A+++ from me!!“

“We had dinner at Empire Pizza & Deli tonight and we ordered a variety of food and all of it was so good. The buffalo chicken stromboli, burgers and fries, the empire rueban, crispy chicken salad, potato pancake, coleslaw, mango habanero boneless wings, baklava, and the pickles were amazingly delicious! So much food with good prices, we will surely be back!!! Oh and the staff are super nice too!“

Not only was he incredibly attentive like seriously, five star attentive, but he’s also such a creative person and we had a nice chat about kids and life and so forth and some of the cool things he’s done making his house wonderful for his children, since we brought it up about houses and such… since we just moved here. Anyway, his kids are so blessed to have him and we’re blessed to have him as our server! Will be back! The steak was great by the way

I'm content after 16 and the other 4 are a bonus or are sometimes gnarly with broken bones and such from the chicken ripper factory. Me: Calls in my order for pickup, paying no attention to my total. Me: arrives and goes in to get my wings. Cashier: $57 please. Me in a thought bubble over my head: "What the F!?!? $57!?? How the... usually places charge about $1.25 a wing.... 40 wings... 40 wings?!?!? 40 WINGS!!!" Me still in a thought bubble over my head: "YEAH, You doubled your usual double order of wings you FAT ASS!!!" Me back in reality: smiles like nothing is up and puts the cash back in my wallet then inserts card to pay. Me: knows whats for dinner tomorrow too.“

“My husband and I go there often. We live in Binghamton NY and it quite a drive but usually worth it. Last night we were there and I was disappointed that they didn't have a carving station open. No ham,roast beef or turkey..That's what I really like..They had meatloaf on the hot bar but it looked like it had been there for a while. It was dried out and very hard... All the other stations were very good as usual...I just hope the next time we come the carving station will be open...“
