Thank you to the management team for replying to my review on our last visit. They were sincerely apologetic and invited us back. I will def go back as I love Applebees and perhaps this was an off day for some staff members . This did not make me happy having to write a negative review but the service was not to par that particular day, Thanks again.
The waitress was the only one working the front of house. She was great! Had do everything and still had a smile!
We had a thoroughly joyful family dinner at Applebee's today! We felt so lucky finding open booth seating right away because it was buzzing. The signature barbecue ribs and burger were extraordinarily flavorful, while savory boneless wings, creamy spinach dip, hot french fries, and sweet drinks hit the spot completely. Big delicious American portions pleased everyone. Friendly staff made our evening!
