I came in the drive thru last night and the service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. The girl Alisha was so Rude and I had to ask for correct items multiple times because my whole order was basically wrong except the drinks. I don’t understand how someone could still continue to work here when there services is this bad
Firstly, I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My family and I are from Dryden, 1hr out and sadly have been transferred from Cortland Hospital up here to Upstate since 8:30 in the morning. Not a single person in my family of 10 have eaten!!!! We were so nervous to find a place of food due to how many mouths we were feeding and since sonic was open since 1am. Immediately we were greeted SO nicely by the lady on the mic that didn’t show an ounce of frustration....read full review

Overall, the food quality is decent, but improvements are needed to bring the restaurant up to standard.
