Firstly, I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My family and I are from Dryden, 1hr out and sadly have been transferred from Cortland Hospital up here to Upstate since 8:30 in the morning. Not a single person in my family of 10 have eaten!!!! We were so nervous to find a place of food due to how many mouths we were feeding and since sonic was open since 1am. Immediately we were greeted SO nicely by the lady on the mic that didn’t show an ounce of frustration....read full review
It was my 4 kids, my wife and I's first time here. NYERE was amazing and patient with us going over the food and gave us good suggestions/ popular items to try. The food, the service, and the atmosphere was top notch. The manager gave my kids a free ice cream. If im in the area again i would get Sonic. I also love their donations/ contributions to public schools.

Despite potential and a friendly manager, the parking lot may seem empty, and delays in service can occur due to understaffing. The cherry limeade might lack cherry or lime. Overall, the food quality is decent, but improvements are needed to bring the restaurant up to standard.
