“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

“We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! “As far as fast food burger joints go, this is among the best in Syracuse, and I can count on one hand how many others are open 24/7 like this one is. While there can be a long wait in the drive thru, it's because they make the orders properly and I promise you the wait is worth it. Everything was fresh, and the order accuracy was 100% on point. I've worked in food service for 7+ years so when I see excellent service like this, I feel the need to shout it from the rooftops. I'll be going here more often.“

“Since it just opened, there is still a massive wait during dinner time, especially on the weekends. If you can, order online with the app a few hours in advance. They turn off online ordering when they get slammed. Even with the online order ahead, my order was 15+ minutes late.“
