My biggest draw back is I'm old and appreciate A human taking my order ( I don't appreciate ordering from a kiosk) . THE food was great
Good, I felt like it was a bit pricey, but there isn't one near where I live.
Good

Shake Shack DeWitt has mixed reviews. The food is good and perfect, but the wait can be long, over 30 minutes, possibly due to not enough staffing. Employees are mostly nice and accommodating, checking if customers need sauces and napkins. The restaurant has kiosks and a counter for cash customers. However, some customers have had negative experiences, including a long wait and an incident in the parking lot involving a driver dropping off an employee. This incident made a customer hesitant to return to the location. Despite this, the food is a positive aspect of the restaurant.
