“I and my parents stopped by from Ottawa on our way to New Jersey. I had the beef split sandwich and it was very nice. The cajun fries had a kick to them. It was really enjoyable.“

“One of my favorite restaurants. However, they make some peculiar choices when it comes to their dessert menu. I am not sure why they removed the Grasshopper Pie. Everyday I wake up wishing they’d bring it back, but it’s never returned. They haven’t brought anything decent to the dessert menu in a long time. Other than that, their chicken tenders are the best I’ve found.“

“great place to grocery shop. Be fat, Be me: Me: I want wings for dinner. Me: I always get two orders (10ea) of wings. I'm content after 16 and the other 4 are a bonus or are sometimes gnarly with broken bones and such from the chicken ripper factory. Me: Calls in my order for pickup, paying no attention to my total. Me: arrives and goes in to get my wings. Cashier: $57 please. Me in a thought bubble over my head: "What the F!?!? $57!?? How the... usually places charge about $1.25 a wing.... 40 wings... 40 wings?!?!? 40 WINGS!!!" Me still in a thought bubble over my head: "YEAH, You doubled your usual double order of wings you FAT ASS!!!" Me back in reality: smiles like nothing is up and puts the cash back in my wallet then inserts card to pay. Me: knows whats for dinner tomorrow too.“

“Our first visit there. Great service and dinners. I can see why this place is so popular. Our table of 4 chose haddock, fish tacos, calamari, lobster rolls and red Argentina shrimp. Everything was perfect. Glad we got there early because it was packed by 7pm. Will be back soon!!“

“I’ve visited this restaurant many times over the years in this location and other places.. I try to be optimistic every time now I’ve learned: this place advertises to be a tavern, so it makes sense to selectively choose tavern-like food on the menu (ie., nachos, wings, quesadillas, soups, salads, pizza, burgers & fries..) and if you focus on this approach you will rarely have something bad. I’ve previously ordered a main pasta entree (nothing impressive), the power fit options (just alright) and I recently tried a special steak entree and I vow never again. I’ll go back to the other choices. You can count on the pizzas being amazing every time.
Coppertop is a great casual restaurant for couples, friends, families, groups, with ample parking here. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Drinks are delicious. The ambiance is dark wood, low lighting, and clean.“

“I've lived near Mattydale my whole life and transit through daily for work. Dee's is a nice local Diner, great food, professional atmosphere and great meeting point with friends, clients, and family. Dees has always been good to me and that's why they are my go to Diner every time I want to grab a bite to eat. Take out is great and easy. I can't say I have any complaints truly. maybe parking at times but when a place is popular as they are then that is to come which is understandable, even at that then they are in a large parking lot so I would be complaining about not being able to park up front which turns truly into just wining. lol. anyways, Dee's is great with great history as well. try for yourself.“

“We had a surprise going away party at 916 and it was amazing! Brooke was so helpful planning everything! She answered every question I had and worked with me on every detail. The BBQ Party menu was perfect. So much food and simply delicious! They had the room set up beautifully with a special table for desserts, gifts and a table for our DJ. The staff the day of the party was awesome. Joanne and her crew assisted us throughout the day. I just can’t say enough of how wonderful 916 is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!“

“My friends and I ventured out of our normal routine out of desperation. We typically go to a local restaurant for clams and seafood, but on this day they were closed. We did a Facebook post and someone mentioned Monirae’s. We looked up the menu and realized they had everything we wanted but were not local. We decided to drive 25 mins anyway because the Wednesday seafood menu looked amazing. I’m so glad we did! The food was great, the regulars were welcoming and the staff was the best we’ve had! I will make that 25 minute trip, without hesitation, moving forward! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a new favorite place that really felt like home. Thank you Monirae’s!!! See you soon!“

“Dined here multiple times over a three night stay. Amy was our bartender each time and made our dining experience great with drinks and food choices at the restaurant. She also gave great recommendations to have a good time in Syracuse outside the hotel. She’s a gem and the perfect bartender to make you welcome in a city you don’t know!“

“Ate here for the first time on my lunch break today. There is an accessible entry ramp around the side of the building. It leads to the kitchen door, though, so I advise you to call ahead if you need to use it. There was only 1 server on this afternoon, and they handled things like a champ! I had the oreo french toast and it was delightful! It was sweet, but not overwhelmingly so; chocolatey, but without being so rich that you quit halfway through. Having a dessert for a meal that still felt like "real food" and not like I was just giving in to my inner-kid (well, maybe a little) was exactly the pick-me-up I needed on a dreary day like today. Because I'm a dope, I forgot my wallet back in the office. They do offer tap-to-pay here, but for whatever reason, my phone didn't want to cooperate. I offered to leave something behind as collateral while I ran back to work to grab my wallet, and the server actually comped my meal! They absolutely did not have to do that. I would've been more than happy to come back and pay. It was my own fault, anyway! I will definitely return another day (with my wallet!) and am so grateful for the kindness and understanding I received today.“

“We were in Syracuse from WNY for a concert. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at 317! Our meals were outstanding (piri piri chicken, filet and tiramisu for dessert), service was great (thanks Donna & Joel) and we loved the vibe here. Will definitely visit again.“

“My wife and I went for a date night. The atmosphere was great, the decor was amazing. We got there early and sat on one of the couches. The hostess was pleasant and accommodating. We were sat at a table by the window. Our server Sierra was very nice and welcoming. We ordered the poutine for an appetizer. It was amazing, so delicious. There was enough for 4 people. I ordered the pork chop, it was so tender and full of flavor. My wife ordered the Tanglewood chicken. That was amazing. The crispy fried chicken skin and collard greens were so good. The chicken was tender and juicy my wife said. We did not get dessert, I cannot eat too much due to having gastric bypass. We do not drink alcohol so no reviews on their drinks. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful date night.“

“Got fried green tomatoes, pulled pork sandwich, and the turkey sandwich. Big portion sizes for a reasonable price and excellent quality. I always love a roadside BBQ joint; they make me feel like a character in a buddy cop movie. The only complaint I had was that I saw approximately zero lizards, limp or otherwise, and I was kinda hoping there'd be at least one.“

“What a find in the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse, NY! We stopped for the night in East Syracuse on our way to Boston. We arrived late into the city and were looking for a place for a late-night meal. We lucked out with the find of the Season Tavern inside the Double Tree Hotel. Our first choice was the Salt City Smashed Burger. The burger arrived large with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on a Brioche Bun/Roll with fries. The burger was great and the presentation was very good. Our second choice was the Street-Style Fish Tacos. This treat arrived with Red Snapper, Napp slaw, Pico De Gallo, Cotija cheese, Chipotle Aioli, lime, and Cilantro. All of this was served on our choice of either flour or corn tortillas. We picked the flour tortillas. We had a choice of either a salad or chips as a side. We went with the salad. Just like the burger the tacos were great and the presentation was very good. We enjoyed our meals with glasses of wine which were appropriately priced.Once again, I wish Google would allow ½ stars. The Season Tavern is a solid 4 ½ stars. This was great bar food at a reasonable price. The service was over the top; thank you, Ms Kim! We don't travel this way much, but if we do, we will make sure we stop and dine at the Season Tavern. Enjoy!“
“We had a wonderful dinner on a Thursday evening. We were early so the restaurant was quiet. We loved everything we ate starting with the scotch and wine, the tinned fish appetizer, then the halibut and the steak frites, followed by the lemon raspberry cake and the chocolate peanut butter cake. Everything was superbly cooked and beautifully plated. Excellent service. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family.“

“We enjoyed Mother's Day Brunch at Redfield's this morning and it was excellent. They offered a lovely spread of breakfast and lunch items, including an omelette station, french toast bake, fruit, salads, chicken, and incredible freshly baked desserts (truffles, cream pies, bars). Terri, our waitress, was attentive and pleasant and the manager watched over the whole operation carefully. We have gone to other brunches and nothing compares. Other places are crowded and just not very special. We will return to next year.“
“Decent food (breakfast, burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc. and etc.) and friendly service. Service might rush you through to their own detriment, though. Come in for lunch and they assume you don't want dessert (at least, they did with us). Had a decent brownie from them, though, after "insisting."“

“At Rosie's it's all about the friendship. It's a place where they treat you like family even when you're visiting from another state. I don't travel much, but when I do, I look for a local place where they appreciate me paying cash.
When I walked in, I was greeted with a rousing good morning from behind the bar. Tables surrounded this tiny place and the bar sat in the center. The aromas of deliciousness wafted through the air. I knew I was in the right place.
I picked up the menu and looked for their house specialty. Then I saw it. The sever carried out this plate of heaven to another patron. I HAD TO HAVE THAT! I don't even know what I ordered but the first bite was like nothing I'd ever experienced. It was some version of eggs benedict and I didn't ask what it was. Now, eggs benedict usually takes four bites per English muffin but this one took six. Each bit was as good as the first until. I admit, it was gone. The home fries were great but nothing to hop around about.
As an author in town for a convention I found the place for the beginning of my next novel titled, right now, "Men without Butts."“
