“Cicero Wegmans I love you I really do but a member of your produce department really isn’t representing your brand well. On 2/4/23 I accidentally dropped one bunch of cilantro on the floor. It was a soggy snowy day and the cilantro landed in a muddy puddle. I picked it up and brought it to the nearest worker. Our conversation went like this…. Me: Hello I’m so sorry I dropped this cilantro on the floor. Her: Yea? Me: What would you like me to do with it? Her: You can put it back on the shelf. Me: Ummm It was on the soggy floor. Her: Yup! That’s why we tell you to wash your produce. She then takes the cilantro and puts it back!!!! 🤢🤷🏻‍♀️ After she walked away, I grabbed the floor cilantro (I can’t have someone buy that) and brought it to a manager at customer service. The manager fully agreed with me that it was disgusting to put it back. Not sure if that lady was having a bad day or if this is company policy but warning to all my Cicero shoppers……..wash that produce!!!“

“I live between Syracuse and Rochester and was in Syracuse. I’ve passed by Apizza Regionale several times and finally stopped. I ordered an Apizza with sausage to go. I’ve heard of New Haven style and Apizza but have never had it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The crust had a slight blackening on the bottom and was still airy and tasty. The sauce was perfect as was the sauce. It was very delicious and will definitely be back again. I also want to say how great the service was. The waitress that took my order was very pleasant and professional. I had knee surgery a couple weeks ago and when I returned to pick up my order she carried it out to my car for me. “Tonight my sweetheart had a hankering for some chicken wings. We were blown away by the exceptional food and customer service. We ordered 20 wings, and two slices of pizza, and the owner himself walks us out four NY style slices of pizza! We only ordered two! He told us that his priority is us, the customer, not money. He wanted us to be happy. And happy we were. When we finished our slices, our wings came out and they were fried to golden perfection!!!!
