“This local business will serve you a slice of why everyone should promote My local Buy localParking: The parking lot is located off a side road and the last I knew it is poorly advertised. The hill up to the parking lot is slightly steep and it's dirt notWheelchair accessibility: From the street I do not believe you can get to the door with a wheel chair but from the parking lot you can.“
“Always a good product here I can't remember if I've ever had anything I wasn't happy with. Sometimes tiny mistakes like not giving stuffed crust when It was ordered. Overall good food and very nice people whether it's the drive-thru or inside the store.“
“Menu looks amazing! ?? Atmosphere is very warm and cozy and even tho I'm not ordering, just yet, Ive been given a water to wait on. Absolutely thoughtful staff. So polite. I feel like they work real hard and that's what I'm here for. ???“
“Il Limone is one of the best authentic Italian restaurants in town. Every time you sit down to eat, you are guaranteed a great experience. If the delicious food isn’t enough to keep you coming back, the family who owns the restaurant will make you feel as if you are apart of the family. The staff makes sure you are satisfied, ensuring that you leave with a smile on your face and a full stomach.“
“We had an impromptu lunch in with some relatives last week and the food was amazing, never fails. Waitress was amazing, patient and lots of fun. Also the restaurant was very clean and welcoming to us. Thank you so much, keep up the great work.“
“My family and I arrived late to town to catch a flight in the early morning and the kids wanted pizza. I picked this place by their pictures alone and so glad I did. Their Char Roni deep dish pizza was soooo amazing. Very rarely do my kids get excited over pizza but when we open up the box, all my kids went nuts lol. The person that took my order over the phone was so nice and so was the delivery driver. I give this place a 10 out of 10 this will be my go to place every time I visit Syracuse.“
“i come here with my wife almost all the time for dinner, we tried it once and always end up coming back. It’s great food and amazing service even, when it’s busy on a Saturday. we always get pizza with garlic parm wings, the wings are always CRISPY and absolutely delicious, the wing flavor is never overbearing and is always perfect every time same with the pizza. The pizza is always perfectly cooked never burnt even in the brick oven. The atmosphere is amazing they have entertainment and i think other things during the weekday, they have pretty lights hanging from the ceiling and they aren’t to bright. i can not suggest this place more.“
“Wow, can I just say wow! My husband had the fish dinner and he ate all of it. Not something he usually does. The steak, mushrooms and mozzarella over Mac & cheese, totally delicious! I gave that dish a 15 stars! I will be going back on a Saturday to try their prime rib.“
“First time visitors. As we often drive through rt31, we happened to spot this very small, tucked in the middle of a nearly empty plaza, pizza joint.Mostly take out.Not sure about delivery services.Couple days later we placed a pickup order for a large Neapolitan, with mushrooms and pepperoni and a large garden salad, with their own homemade Italian dressing. As we are always searching for great pizza since we moved back to New York, I can honestly say we are thrilled we found this place. The young lady who took my order over the phone was pleasant and very accommodating, and didn’t rush me off the phone.Their menu far exceeds being just a pizza joint, but for now we just tried the pie and the salad. In short, the pizza was outstanding as was the large garden salad.Let’s talk about that salad. For $7.50, we got a very large “garden” salad that was far from the norm. This thing was packed with fresh greens, assorted veggies, cauliflower etc. This was so close to being called a large chefs salad, just missing the protein.First glance, this place was very clean and well organized. But the star was the pie.Absolutely spot on and we are in the process of trying them all. From their on-line menu:Neapolitan thin crust large 16”Pizza$15.50Garden SaladField greens, tomato, roast peppers, olives, onions, giardiniera.$7.50Both items were worth every penny.Highly recommended and we will be back to start sampling the other items on their extensive menu.Give this gem a try, you won’t be disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp“
“Lakeshore pizza is absolutely hands down the most delicious pizza around. They offer not only the best pizzas, but they also have specialty pizzas, hot subs, salads, chicken wings, and appetizers. Vinny runs an amazing business, and continually gains customers just by word of mouth because of how delicious the food is, and what a great guy Vinny the owner is. His only goal is to please all his customers, and continually goes above and beyond to do so. The owner, employees, delivery drivers, are immaculate. The business itself from the windows, outside appearance, and immediately entering the place is spotless. Small businesses like Lakeshore Pizza continue to thrive because they provide phenomenal food, great customer service, and the cleanest place in town! Thank you Vinny, and all the staff of Lakeshore Pizza that I’ve gotten the pleasure to know over a lot of years for doing the job correctly from the initial phone call to place the order, and delivering a delicious meal every time we order. Continue doing what you’re doing!!“
“All of the employees at this pizzaria are welcoming and delightful. I only order pizza a handful of times from them a year (they are the best and the money is worth it). True NY style pizza comes from Paladino’s in Mattydale. I haven’t experienced the same taste or authenticity from any other area Paladino’s.“
“Hi, this was my first visit to Avicolli's. I would give it four stars for the following reasons:Firstly, I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, which was served with garlic bread and rigatoni.1) Taste: The Chicken Parmigiana and garlic bread were enjoyable. However, the garlic bread was somewhat tough, and the rigatoni was average in taste and quality. Perhaps my expectations were too high. While it wasn't bad, the rigatoni seemed to be just boiled and covered with a basic tomato sauce, lacking any additional culinary flair.2) Portion: The portion size was a pleasant surprise, especially for a lunch menu. My order of Chicken Parmigiana came with four pieces of garlic bread and a serving of rigatoni, which was more than sufficient and offered great value for the price.3) Staff and Vibe: The staff were welcoming and professional, contributing to a good dining experience. I appreciated the restaurant's vibe, enjoying a quiet meal as there were only a few customers, given it was a weekday lunchtime.Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. However, on my next visit, I'm inclined to try the pizza, as it appears to be a more popular choice.“
“1st time there met with an amazing Gabriella who was nice and answered all our questions . What brought us in was the news and the paper discussing a speciality pizza. We ordered aPeter Luger Steak which is A classic white pizza topped with mushrooms, peppers, onions, shaved rib eye steak, topped with a combination of mozzarella and American cheeses and baked to perfection. Finished with a drizzle of the famous Peter Luger signature steak sauce was amazing. Also the Lasagne was delicious as well as the sausage Riggies. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you want good Italian food the atmosphere was welcoming and Gabriella was friendly as well as patient with us.Thank you for dinner and your helpThe sisters“
“I’ve gone here for years and never reviewed because I never really think about voicing my opinion but I decided to finally. As a long time customer the food is amazing I’m never disappointed, I always get the same thing pizza, wings, mozz sticks and a 2 liter and it’s all amazing each time. The people are really cool and focused that’s how you know they care about what they do. They treat you with respect and appreciation this is the type of business you want to support because you know you’ll never be let down when you wanna order some good pizza.“
“We usually get pizza on Mondays, so like many places, Johnny Macs has been out of the equation. This place has been in queue for when our week gets messed with. It comes with the added bonus of being next to a bakery we've also wanted to try. This name comes up a lot when people in Syracuse start talking pizza. A lot of people love them and we were excited to try them out. The first time we went with the Chicken Bacon Bourbon Pizza. It looked like an easy choice after going through the menu. We threw in a steak sub for good measure, and added double cheese. It wasn't a lot, but it annoys me when places charge extra per ingredient, even if it's negligible. 10 cents for mayo, 80 cents per cheese. We ordered the bourbon pizza because it's the only one on the menu you won't find at most other places. Also, it sounded amazing. For this pizza, the taste was everything. The pizza is light, thin and hard. Pretty toasted feel to it and not a lot of sauce. I did rely heavily on bleu cheese, but I specifically like my pizza very soggy. The sweet glaze over top of it with the chicken was the whole thing. I would have not enjoyed any other pizza with this texture and consistency, but in this case, the dough just kinda stayed out of our way while supporting the true stars of the show. This was our first time getting double cheese on a Philly/steak sub. It was awesome, and I'm going to keep doing this every time there's no whiz until I'm given a reason not to. Provolone and American, and it cleaned house. It's pretty much a given that unless you're told otherwise, a cheesesteak sub in Syracuse is going to have the same pre-shredded Sysco meat squares. So the whole thing is how they build around it, and far most importantly, the bread. The bread was top tier: soft yet firm with just the right "bounce back". There has to be a better word for it, but you all know what I'm saying. They don't phone it in on the bread, so whatever sub you order is going to be at least really good. The only con with the philly was that it had this prevailing taste of what I would compare to canned mushrooms. The sub didn't contain mushrooms, but that was the taste we got from it. We managed a return visit maybe a few weeks later. This place is a drive for most of us I imagine, but Bella's next door really helps takes the sting off. This was a simpler order, just their world famous "Special # 3", which as you all know is a large cheese with 10 wings. We added pepperoni and went with "HBBQ" wings. We weren't sure if the H was honey or hot, but we rolled the dice and got honey. Extra Crispy and whenever it's an option, extra saucy. If we could get our wings in a cauldron of sauce, we would fish them out, take a shower, and come back every day. So we were happy to get a good deal of sauce with our one dollar "extra saucy" upgrade. The wings were about average, good size and texture, and were pretty sweet with all the sauce. We'd probably go with hot or garlic next time. The Pepperoni pizza was kind of a disappointment. As predicted, it was the same setup as the bourbon chicken with no bourbon chicken to save it. It was thin, toasty, light, chewy, and whatever. It was just like any other pepperoni pizza you've ever forgotten. It was the kind of pizza your boss stacks in the break room once a month in lieu of a pay raise. I guess it's a matter of style preference, because we definitely weren't into it, but if you take a random poll in Syracuse, a lot of people are. If you ever accidentally pass exit 5 on 690 W, take it as a sign, double down and try them for yourself.“
“OMG! The Lemon Ricotta Pancake!!! Don't mess it up with syrup, it is perfect as served!I've eaten here a dozen times, never had a bad dish or experience.Today, we got warmed up due to power outrages ... warming up with Sausage and Gravy (#5 special) & Sausage, Pepper & Onion Scramble (#2 special) with a tasting of those wonderful Lemon Ricotta Pancakes! ?I truly hope whoever buys this place changes nothing and gets the recipes!“
“Reds Palermo market, on the past you could go rent your favorite movie from the Reds Video and get a pizza and wings from the market. Well now there's no videos for rent but they still have pizza, wings, Gas, Beer, Cigarettes. All the small things as a quick stop convenience store. May God Bless You and keep you in his loving Grace..“
“Fantastic pizza and wings. There's something special about their wing sauce. It's hot but also has a lot of flavor. I wasn't overwhelmed by vinegar. The thin crust is a little thicker than I expected, but happens to be exactly how I like it. On top of that, it's run by lovely people. It's out of my way, but I'll definitely be back.“
“We’ve ordered from here multiple times now and each time we find mad good new things I’m addition to the delicious hand tossed pizza. This last go round was the garlic hot wings. In a location where there are multiple pizza joints (liverpool) this place is slowly becoming a low key favorite ??“
“I love this place soooo much. It holds so many good memories from with my grand parents. We would come here and eat absolutely delicious food and their pizza was just so good along with a side of fries man you couldn't get better then that! The waiters and waitresses new every body including us they are all so kind and it was just an amazing experience. I'm gonna have to go back soon just for the memories. ( and for the pizza and fries)“
“Nona Dina’s pizza is perfect. The crust is crunchy on the outside, yet soft and chewy inside. The mozzarella is also very tasty. However, it’s the dough for me! It is the best I’ve ever had. In addition to buying pizzas, I buy dough to make sausage rolls, calzones, and pepperoni bread. It’s always fresh and so soft! I will never buy frozen dough again. I’ve even bought dough from local bakeries and it is nothing like the Nona Dina dough!! The staff are also always friendly and personable! Give this local business a try!!“
“I love an independently owned and operated business. I love them a lot. I seek them out and I support them. This local restaurant feels welcoming. There is plenty of seating and they clearly do lots of takeout business as well. I've tried their chicken souvlaki and it was delicious. One son had their bacon ranch pizza and I tried a bite. We both loved their thin dough particularly. The other son had the meatnall sub and loved it, although he'd have liked a side dish. Spouse had the pasticio and enjoyed it. We will go back!“
“Love their wings, they are a hit with my whole family. The pizza is great also. It's unfortunate that they are understaffed, they have a huge dining floor with tons of potential.Parking: I wish there were designated parking for ATVs/UTVs“
“Rosie's is routinely a great place to go. Great food at reasonable prices with a great family owned atmosphere to match. Never had a bad experience here!Vegetarian options: They have plenty of salads to choose from as well as calzones.Kid-friendliness: They are a family business. Kids are always welcome.Parking: Parking in front and off to the side of the building.“
