“I’ve been a loyal customer of Independent for several years, ordering for both parties and the occasional pizza night. I’ve tried many other places in the area, but nothing compares. The team consistently goes above and beyond, especially when I call to pre-order before opening hours, they always make it work. The pizza is, without a doubt, some of the best in the area. Prices are fair and reasonable, unlike many other places, and the staff and delivery drivers are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a regular customer.“

“Lock One Distillery in Phoenix, NY was an amazing experience, the service was excellent and they even gave us a nice Christmas gift and let us sample anything we wanted to try. We went for their Monday wing night, and the 50-cent wings were delicious!!! The drinks were also 10/10, our favorites were the butter beer and the Four sons toasted coconut, we will be back to try more things we were recommended.

“This was my first time ordering here & I am amazed by how nice the young man was that delivered our dinner. I’m not big on pizza - (I did take a bite of the kids & actually liked it) I ordered an antipasto with onions for myself and it was bigger and better than expected. Joe called to let me know that he forgot the onions ( I didn’t even realize 😂 it was so so good) & refunded the $1. We found our new favorite pizza place & can not wait to try the wings!!!!“

“I’m from Ohio, and we came to New York for business, and decided while we were here, we’d try some New York style pizza, nothing could have prepared us for how amazing this pizza was, the crust was crunchy and soft at the same time!! The flavor on the sauce was like nothing I have ever experienced, and the chicken on the Chicken Parmesan Pizza could be described as life changing, as it did mine. I don’t know who gave this any less than 5 stars, but they have no taste.“

“My wife and I use to eat here a lot when we lived in Baldwinsville, NY. My wife has been eating cheese pizza with medium wing sauce on the side here since she was 14. Wings were perfectly cooked! Crispy but not too well done. The service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. It could use a deep cleaning in the dine in area. When ordering takeout in bville, Gino and joes will always be my first choice.“

“We had dinner Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Fulton, NY after working all day at an event in Syracuse. The food was great, Pizza Hut is always our favorite for 50+ years. And our server Jessica, literally the best we've ever had.“

“I ordered an antipasto salad I thought on their website but the order did not go through. I stopped in for pick up on a Monday evening, there were no other customers and no wait. I inquired about online order but staff was able to make antipasto and said it would only take a few minutes. It is an authentic antipasto and huge portion with everything you could think of going into an antipasto! Artichokes, meats, cheeses, veggie galore, including Giardinera! Total $16 and change a great price for the portion and amount of ingredients! This was my first order and I will definitely be returning! I prefer a more simple version but this was consumed and raved about. This was takeout but plenty of seating for dine in with a classic Italian pizzeria vibe.“

“In front of the store it was very dirty. Trash all over sidewalk. Parking, you have delivery drivers and store workers parking in the spaces right in front of doors. Customers should be allowed to park in these spots. There is plenty of room for them to park in back spots. The girl in the store was very nice and made a good pizza 🍕.“

“Reds Palermo market, on the past you could go rent your favorite movie from the Reds Video and get a pizza and wings from the market. Well now there's no videos for rent but they still have pizza, wings, Gas, Beer, Cigarettes. All the small things as a quick stop convenience store. “I love Wegmans so this review is a contradiction to my recommendation. My wife and I just left Wegmans (John Glenn) after spending way too much time there due to walking up and down aisles over and over attempting to find what we were looking for. This was an EXTREMELY frustrating process. People do not want to spend all day in the grocery store. They want to go in, get what they need, and get out and enjoy their day. I totally understand Wegmans business reason to change the layout around, but as a consumer, and a family that spends a lot of money yearly in Wegmans as our primary grocery store, this is nothing but an inconvenience.“

We were traveling FROM ALBANY to BUFFALO and stopped here to grab some road pizza's and boy were we impressed! The staff was so very friendly! We used the bathroom as our only stop on the 4 hour tour, which could have used a lil updating but was stocked and ready to go!
