I didn't know of this place but was at Bullfinch Brewery and saw "butterscoth whiskey". I had to try that! It was said Lock 1 was just north of Syracuse, so I worked it into my trip, because I needed a bottle or 2 of that Butterscotch Whiskey. Once there, they had a Candy Cane Whiskey and a real Cinnamon Whiskey (Inferno). I got bottles of those too! As well as a FA Waldron distillers cut.Ashley is a great bartender!“

“We have been here for dinner several times and the food, cocktails and service have always been great. We typically eat at the bar and the gentleman bartender has always been very attentive and friendly. We were finally able to get reservations here for a holiday and the Mother’s Day buffet was exceptional. Our table was set up for us when we arrived, and I was so impressed with how organized everything was considering how many reservations they had. The food was fresh and delicious, our server was amazing, checking on us often. She even went out of her way to ask the kitchen to make a few strawberry shortcakes for our table. The owner stopped by to check on us as well but something that really stood out was at least 3 other friendly servers thanked us for coming in as we were leaving. I just randomly choose this place and folks.....we were not disappointed one bit. If anything, I was disappointed there was no left overs; My family ATE.

I had no idea there were different types of ways to make pizzas; Sicilian, Sheet, Neapolitan...etc. I just took a chance and choose Neopolitan and it was exactly what I wanted - thin sliced pizzas. ??

The Red Garlic sauce is just their pizza sauce with minced garlic on top. Best flavor ever. ?
