My husband and I recently relocated to B'ville from Rhode Island. We have been trying different pizza restaurants and Gino & Joe's is by far our favorite. We ordered a Sicillan pizza. It was to die for. No need to look any farther. We highly recommend this restaurant. ???
I actually just enjoy plain old cheese pizza. It had a nice thin crust, just a bit crispy. The amount of sauce was very good and it wasn't too sweet. The cheese was nicely melted with almost no grease and a perfect amount for me, so I didn't feel like I had a mouthful of melted cheese. My only observation was that the slice seemed small.
