“Best pizza in Baldwinsville! Best dough ever!“

“From Oklahoma and traveled to Syracuse, New York for my husbands work. Never had New York pizza, so we were excited to try it for the first time. I just randomly choose this place and folks.....we were not disappointed one bit. If anything, I was disappointed there was no left overs; My family ATE.

I had no idea there were different types of ways to make pizzas; Sicilian, Sheet, Neapolitan...etc. I just took a chance and choose Neopolitan and it was exactly what I wanted - thin sliced pizzas. ??

The Red Garlic sauce is just their pizza sauce with minced garlic on top. Best flavor ever. ?

Going to eat here again before we leave to go back home.“

“Baldwinsville location is one of the newest in the area. It opened about 6 years ago, and is very spacious and well organized. The space is open for customers to view pizza production.Food is great and staff/owner is very pleasant.It's tucked away in a less traveled area of Bville, from what I can tell.“

“We had this pizza at the NYS Fair and it was, without question, the best pizza we have ever eaten. It had a crisp crust but it was also fluffy and soft. The sauce was delicious and fresh. The cheese was stretchy and not greasy. I would buy this again and again if I didn’t live so far away!“

“We have been here for dinner several times and the food, cocktails and service have always been great. We typically eat at the bar and the gentleman bartender has always been very attentive and friendly. We were finally able to get reservations here for a holiday and the Mother’s Day buffet was exceptional. Our table was set up for us when we arrived, and I was so impressed with how organized everything was considering how many reservations they had. The food was fresh and delicious, our server was amazing, checking on us often. She even went out of her way to ask the kitchen to make a few strawberry shortcakes for our table. The owner stopped by to check on us as well but something that really stood out was at least 3 other friendly servers thanked us for coming in as we were leaving. I didn't know of this place but was at Bullfinch Brewery and saw "butterscoth whiskey". I had to try that! It was said Lock 1 was just north of Syracuse, so I worked it into my trip, because I needed a bottle or 2 of that Butterscotch Whiskey. Once there, they had a Candy Cane Whiskey and a real Cinnamon Whiskey (Inferno). I got bottles of those too! As well as a FA Waldron distillers cut.Ashley is a great bartender!“

“Had Docs for the first time last night and I'm not wondering how I've Li Ed here for 10 years and not gotten them before.

The pizza was just crispy on the bottom and cooked through the dough perfectly. The wings were, in a word, spectacular. We got hot and char-grilled Cajun. The Cajun wings were probably some of the best I've ever had.
