“I love Wegmans so this review is a contradiction to my recommendation. My wife and I just left Wegmans (John Glenn) after spending way too much time there due to walking up and down aisles over and over attempting to find what we were looking for. This was an EXTREMELY frustrating process. People do not want to spend all day in the grocery store. They want to go in, get what they need, and get out and enjoy their day. I totally understand Wegmans business reason to change the layout around, but as a consumer, and a family that spends a lot of money yearly in Wegmans as our primary grocery store, this is nothing but an inconvenience.“

No matter how busy the store is, Alex always greets every customer with a smile, acknowledges everyone who walks in, and makes sure they’re taken care of. These days, it’s honestly hard to find exceptional customer service anywhere, but Alex consistently goes above and beyond with his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for customers.

Today’s visit was just one example of why he deserves recognition. I stopped in late to pick up my cheesy bread, and before I even walked through the door, Alex already had my order in his hands ready to go. I also purchased a 2-liter Sprite, but without thinking I grabbed an 8-ounce bottle instead. Before I walked out, Alex politely stopped me and said, “Ma’am, you purchased the 2-liter.” We both laughed because I hadn’t even realized I grabbed the wrong one. He didn’t have to catch that—it would have been my mistake—but he was paying attention to every detail.

That moment made me realize just how much pride he takes in his job. He doesn’t just hand customers their food; he pays attention and genuinely wants everyone to have a great experience.

I actually went back inside just to ask his name because every time I visit, he’s so busy helping customers that I never wanted to interrupt him. I wanted to make sure the owner, manager, supervisor, or anyone in leadership knows what an incredible employee they have.

Service at this location has always been good, but since Alex has been there, it’s become exceptional. He’s exactly the kind of person you want representing your business. His positive attitude, friendly smile, and outstanding work ethic make him the perfect first impression for every customer who walks through the door.

Alex, thank you for making every visit a great one. You’re an exceptional young man, and it shows that you were raised with kindness, respect, and a strong work ethic. Your mom should be incredibly proud. Domino’s is lucky to have you, and I truly hope your hard work is recognized—you deserve it!

“I ordered an antipasto salad I thought on their website but the order did not go through. I stopped in for pick up on a Monday evening, there were no other customers and no wait. I inquired about online order but staff was able to make antipasto and said it would only take a few minutes. It is an authentic antipasto and huge portion with everything you could think of going into an antipasto! Artichokes, meats, cheeses, veggie galore, including Giardinera! Total $16 and change a great price for the portion and amount of ingredients! This was my first order and I will definitely be returning! I prefer a more simple version but this was consumed and raved about. This was takeout but plenty of seating for dine in with a classic Italian pizzeria vibe.“

“Pizza hut isn't in every town anymore! So when you have a birthday request for it from an 18 year old you drive. We were traveling FROM ALBANY to BUFFALO and stopped here to grab some road pizza's and boy were we impressed! The staff was so very friendly! We used the bathroom as our only stop on the 4 hour tour, which could have used a lil updating but was stocked and ready to go! Once we started eating it was just like 1993 with crushed ice in a big red cup! Yum! Thanks pizza hut! Great memories and a great quick meal!“
