I literally go to this Dunkin every single day. I use the mobile app, order ahead, pay ahead, and then show up to pick up my order. Somehow, though, simply saying, “I have a mobile order,” regularly gets me a very irritated-sounding, “We’re still working on it.”

Manager please get more people for the Saturday shift. The guys and gals working there are great, trying to get orders done as quick as possible. Stop over working them, you will lose them if you continue doing this. 4 people is NOT enough for Saturday.
Staff told new working ( im assuming) theres 5 expresso shots in a large latte today. When fact checking its says 2 standard shots. We both were confused as how that cant be right so she asked again and it was said again 5 espresso shots in a large latte.
